Easy to work with and honest. After 4 purchases all of them have gone smooth, and have gotten the pricepoint pretty close to were I thought the property was worth. If your looking for a energetic and sincere agent Amy is your goto professional, her negotiating skills are strong without offending the seller or buyer. The reason besides all of the above is how hard she searches for the right properties for what the buyer or in my case the investment properties I am looking for and will continue to look for in the future.
Amy truly takes the time to focus on the end customer. She made the complete home buying experience very stress free. Amy took the time, energy, and effort to show us multiple listings that met our buying criteria. She is very knowledgeable with all required paper work and documentation required to close the home purchase. She is a true professional in the Real Estate market and capable of handling everything from start to finish. Highly recommended for a stress free experience!!

Amy did an amazing job to find the perfect home for my family and I. Going way beyond what any realtor has done before. Found a great house that fit my the needs for my kids with location, school, and space as well as meeting the cost requirements that I had. Great job. Highly recommended.
I had my house listed with Amy for the duration of her contract. She initially was very interested in selling my home, was responsive and had an offer quick. After accepting the offer the whole thing fell apart after an inspection, me accepting the terms and then more being asked for by the buyers. In my eyes once the offer is accepted the deal is closed but due to poor negotiation and closing skills that was not the case. After the initial botched offer it seemed she had little interest in selling them home and was less responsive and less motivated, it seemed she had moved on to her other listing. Given the large percentage commission paid to full service agents like Amy I would expect more. Find someone else who is ethical, has negotiation skills and is capable of selling the homes they take on.

Sorry the home did not sell Cory and I understand it was a difficult thing to have the offer fall apart after the inspection report. Although you went on to repair all the items it was too late for this buyer as they had moved on. 2 Bedrooms are tough to sell in a small market and I'm sorry you were not happy. I did everything I could and wish you the very best in selling it on your own. If you change your mind I will be happy to help. There is a reason I am the number one seller in Kohler and I'd love to add your home to my SOLD list.

Amy was wonderful with helping me find my first home. She made the process unbelievably simple. She was also very flexible with my schedule and did everything she could to help me with financing questions to writing a perfect offer. She couldn't have provided a more perfect first home buying experience. Thank you so much for everything!!

Simply put, Amy is the best Realtor I've had the pleasure of hiring. As a real estate attorney I've worked with a number of agents in multiple states. None of them worked as tirelessly on behalf of their clients as Amy. Amy clearly understand the nuances of the industry and is able to find creative solutions to the obstacles that inevitably arise in any real estate transaction. She not only does so ethically, but is committed to representing her clients interests - she is not a mere "deal-maker" like so many other agents. Perhaps most importantly, she has a winsome personality that makes it a pleasure to work with her. Moreover, Amy takes her service role very seriously and goes above and beyond the normal scope of service to assist her clients transition and relocation to their new home. In short, I would highly recommend Amy. Whether relocating to the area or moving across town you will be hard pressed to find a harder working, more effective or more knowledgeable person to look out for your best interest.
Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2013 in Sheboygan, WI.
I had an exclusive contract to have Amy Gutschow sell my home. She drew up an offer that I accepted from a couple from out of state. Amy failed to find out and disclose that the couple had a house in another state that needed to be sold before they closed on my home. Additionally, she either failed to find out or disclose that the buyers had a HUD loan, which required that the house would need to have new exterior paint. The house was priced knowing the fact that it needed a new coat of paint. When it appeared that the contract wasn't going to go through, she took my buyers looking for other properties to try to manipulate me to drop my price. Amy breached our contract, as I had declined her being able to represent both buyer and seller in my contract. I would never recommend Amy Gutschow. She is an unethical realtor.
