I am a Broker and Partner for my firm, Grace Group Realty,llc and have been in the business since 2004. I have sold over 80 condominiums to mostly first time home buyer's and empty nesters in the last 2 and a half years. This specific experience has made me very knowledgeable and well equipped to work with any home buyer. I realize how overwhelming buying and selling a home can be and I work patiently with my clients to make sure that the purchase or sale of a home goes as smoothly as possible. I am a high-energy individual which tends to rub off on my clients, making our experience working together very enjoyable to all involved.My specialty is working with First Time Home Buyers. Because the process of buying a home for the first time can seem a bit overwhelming even to the most knowledgable home buyer, I feel it is important and critical to be very patient and understanding. My philosophy is that there is no such thing as a stupid question if you don't know the answer. I encourage my clients to ask as many questions as they need to. I take them through the process step by step and get them to focus on what needs to be done in the next few days or week rather than what needs to be done in the next month. This helps them to focus on the task at hand. Once they have completed a task I give them another to be completed and so on. I beleive it is vital to remember what it was like when I bought my first home so that I can easily relate to and sympathize with my first time home buyer clients and let them know that what they are feeling is completely normal and that the reward at the end of the process is so very much worth the steps it takes to get there...BEING A PROUD HOME OWNER!!!
