After having a very bad experience with another realtor (that ended in our house still being on the market after more than a year), we were desperate to find an effective and compassionate Realtor to finally sell our house.
Amy Menrad definitely fit the bill! She is the perfect combination of “on-the-ball/no-nonsense” and “loving-kindness”! She dealt with the buyer’s Realtor and the settlement people in a highly effective and authoritative manner, while treated my husband and me with understanding and sensitivity.
Under Amy’s guidance, the house was under contract in 5 weeks and the settlement was completed, without any problems, just as fast. We also got the sale price that we wanted ($50K more than the listing price the first Realtor suggested!).
We feel grateful to have met Amy. She did an excellent job for us and we look forward to her assistance in buying our next home.
Amy Menrad brought a well qualified buyer to my property and wrote an offer that I thought was fair to both the buyer and the seller. She did a great job with the paperwork and all inspections were done in a timely manner. I know Amy did an excellent job at finding comprable properties to the home I was selling. Her response time was fantastic. I got a fair price for my property. The settlement occured in a timely manner and both the buyer and seller were happy. Isn't that the way it's suppose to work!!! I know Amy is the current President of the Anne Arundel County Council of Women's Realtors. If this is the type of realtor that group is developing than the group is doing an excellent job at developing business leaders in out community. I couldn't have been more pleased or impressed with Amy Menrad's work.
We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Parole, Annapolis, MD 21401
We wanted to sell our house in Annapolis and buy a home in Frederick to be near the grand-angel. Amy viewed our house, gave us some recommendations, and urged us to put it on the market ASAP because low inventory created a competitive market. A series of family crisies and job uncertainty have caused us to put our plans on hold. Amy has been understanding. We will eventually sell so she stays in touch enough to let us know she's still there for us her but she does not push. I felt like I had made a new friend on our very first meeting. We definitely will list our house with Amy when the time is right for us.
Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $225K in Annapolis, MD.
We listed our home for sale with Amy. We found her to be upfront, honest, knowledgeable and has her client's interest at heart. We were always kept informed of the progress regarding the sale of the property. We were more than satisfied with the service we received.
Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Pasadena, MD.
We liked Amy from the start, it was like having a friend visit us. She helped sell our house in 5 weeks. We moved out of state so she helped to make sure we did everything in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Amy.
Amy was very profecional and a pleasure to work with. She listened to what I was looking for and found exactly what I wanted, and more! She was never pushy but ne'er sugar coated it, she was totally honest and that was refreshing. It was obviouse from the word go that he was going to do everything in we power to find me the right home. If I were ever going to need an agent again she would be my first and only choice, to bad for her she found me the perfect house so I don't think I will need her again lol.
