Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Morrison/Eldridge Park, Santa Ana, CA.

Summary:

Being a first time buyer, I was nervous about the whole process, yet very excited too. Amy has such knowledge and patience, she held my hand along every step of the way, explaining everything in detail, and I learned so much about the ins and outs of buying a home. At first, I was all over the board as to what and where I wanted to purchase, and Amy was patient as we searched together and I defined my wants better. She can walk in a place and immediately know its strengths and weaknesses, because she is so experienced in her field, and she knows her clients so well. When I found my future home I was able to make an offer quickly and confidently, it is truly my dream home! Amy was always available, and I knew she was always on my side and working on my behalf. She was able to negotiate for me to get a good deal and have the seller do all of the repairs. Most of all, with so many nuances and emotions involved in the buying process, I needed someone who was professional, knowledgeable, proactive, and confident to lead me through the process, as well as a warm and caring person. Amy was always available and promptly responded to any and all questions we had. She was very helpful and friendly. We felt and still feel as if we have known her for years. My husband and I called her as she was listed as a selling agent on a property we were interested in, and we were so glad that we did! She is super high quality and only accepts the best! Summary:

Amy is the best real estate agent our family could have ever asked for! We are an extremely picky couple that had an exact criteria we wanted for our first home. Amy would go look at places with us at least once a week and was always emailing us suggestions. We looked for 2 months, finally the exact one we wanted came up on the 4th of July weekend! Even though it was a holiday weekend she got our offer in and through in one day! She has great negotiating skills and is extremely knowledgeable in her field. You can tell Amy cares about people and will care about you and get you exactly what you want. She was so patient with us. She took all of our concerns to heart and found solutions for them all.
