My wife & I hired Amy to sell our home in Albany, Or during the smmer of 2012 and to help us find another home in Albany. We received four offers the first morning our home came on the market, three of which were full price offers. We ended up receiving over $10k more than asking price for our home. The price was much more than we expected during a slow market. We had a short time to find a home to buy and Amy showed us many homes. We found a home we dearly love and Amy made the process go smoothly by pushing all the right buttons. We moved into our new home before the deadline for exiting our old home. I was unaware of how much work goes into the process, but Amy's knowledge and hard work really paid off for us. Thank You Amy

Amy Price is an absolutely fantastic realtor. She's very smart, flexible, super friendly, perceptive, and always went the extra mile for us - and often much further! During our search last year for a duplex, we started by working with various realtors in the area. Not to diss any one of them, but we have to say that Amy was way ahead of the pack. We decided to stick with her exclusively, one of the best decisions we made. She's like the battery that never stops! Not only did we find the duplex we wanted, Amy also helped us find a wonderful home inspection company, roofers, property managers, etc. She is very well connected! During closing, she went through the paperwork with with us with a fine tooth comb. This is the first online review I have ever written but when I saw Amy Price's photo on a real estate search site, I jumped at the chance to write this.

We felt like we were Amy's only clients. She was extraordinarily patient with our rather lengthy decision process and a great help, as well as good company. Although based in Albany, she was just as helpful when we wound up looking in Salem.

We would recommend her highly, and plan to call her if we're in the market again.

Amy got back to me very quickly and was able to work around my very busy schedule. Although the home I was originally interested in isn't going to work for me, I am going to continue looking for a home in the area. Finding a new home seemed overwhelming at first, but Amy has made the process much easier on me and broke the process down for me so I understand where to start and is keeping me on track.
