Amazing. Took the time to explain everything from A to Z, and was ready to help with any advice when asked for it. Never pushy and made us feel very comfortable. Truly felt like we had a friend working and fighting for us to get the best deal.

Highly recommend Amy. She's sharp, savvy, aggressive, knows the market and gets the job done with a smile. She successfully negotiated with a long distance seller and worked through some complicated financing to make things happen for us. Just what you want in a Realtor.
Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $450K in Farmington, CT.
It was a pleasure to work with Amy on our home purchase. The thing that immediately impressed me about her was her incredible responsiveness. We asked her to show us homes on very short notice and she was always willing to work within our tight timelines. As first time home buyers, we also valued her experience in assessing real estate. On a number of occasions, she alerted us to potential problems in homes that we would have overlooked ourselves. She has a good eye for spotting issues in homes that may not be readily apparent to casual observers. Finally, we were really impressed with the great team that Amy has assembled in her office. They were very efficient in handling the logistical issues involved in the closing process. We will definitely work with her again in the future.
Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $425K in Glastonbury, CT.
Amy sold me my house in 2006 and 8 years later, in 2014, when a job relocation opportunity led me away from town I once again enlisted Amy and her army of helpers at Executive Realty to help me sell it, and sell it she did! If you're looking to sell a house in Glastonbury (or any town actually but Glastonbury especially), then Amy is your go-to realtor! She has tremendous intimate knowledge of every nook and cranny of real estate in the town and how the market works within it. They say "every market is different" and I called upon Amy time and time again to explain to me "why" when sale prospects weren't looking so bright versus other towns and seemingly similar houses. She continually sat down with me and went over details specific to my situation, made suggestions, proposed compromises when I might balk and ultimately put my mind at ease. Her communication skills are fantastic, recall of details from previous conversations impeccable and her energy is unbounded! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dynamic and vibrant agent who truly engages with and cares about her customers.
Amy is very outgoing which makes house hunting a lot easier. She taking into consideration what you are looking for and shows you many options. We were able to see 12 houses in one day without feeling rushed or pressured. Amy knows the area well and I will definitely use her again if I am looking to sell or buy!
Amy helped me buy my current house at Glastonbury, CT.
I would strongly recommend Amy to be your agent. She is very knowledgeable and thoughtful. As a first time home buyer, I felt very comfortable with Amy. I would say, unlike other agent who only wants to get the deal done, Amy always thinks her client first and provides objective suggestion.
Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $225K in Wallingford, CT.
We listed our home with Amy and it sold in 4 days......that went smoothly. The only problems we had was one time a realtor showed up with a buyer without us knowing she would show up, and the communication within Amy's office between her assistants could be improved upon. There were multiple people handling different things. No one showed up at the closing and our lawyer had to call the office because he didn't have the deposit check from the buyer at the closing. So Amy's part went good, after that there could be some improvements within her office.
