Sold a Condo home in 2011 in Downtown North, Palo Alto, CA.
Since my condo was located in a highly desirable building in downtown Palo Alto, I thought I could sell it on my own as I had done successfully before. I met many interesting and interested people but not one who was ready to buy. Several months later, I called Amy Sung of Coldwell Banker. The contract was signed on Monday. Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $700K in Belmont, CA.
We were first time home buyers, unsure in what to expect with the biggest purchase of our lives. Amy not only helped us through each and every step, she went above and beyond in finding our very first home. From our first meeting to closing and signing the papers, with her knowledge in home buying we knew we were in good hands. When she showed us houses she always gave us her honest opinion. When a new house within our price range and preferred area went on the market, she emailed us right away and scheduled a viewing. Amy is always on top of things, emailing updates and responding to our questions and concerns right away (even at 2 am!). When we made offers, Amy reviewed the terms with us carefully and negotiated well. When we finally found a house we loved, Amy worked in sync with our loan officer, made sure we qualified in time for the homebuyers credit and here we are today! We love our new house and couldn't be happier! Amy has taken care of us.
