Sold a home in 2013.
My wife and I buy investment properties.We've used the same agent for multiple purchases over 15yrs.Recently our agent retired and moved to a much better climate.This left us to have to find a new agent.Anastasia was recommended to us from a family friend.We just closed on our 1st property with her.She is very professional and comfortable to work with.We are very pleased with her and expect to do much more business together.I would highly recommend her.

Anastacia help my family find the right house that fits all our needs and wants. She was very patient and supportive during the house search process and was very professional. She is very knowledgeable about the real state business, and has great communication skills.

Bought a home in 2012.
Anastasia helped us find a WONDERFUL home! It took us several months to find our dream home - we probably looked at every house that came on the market that was even somewhat close to what we were looking for. She never got annoyed with us, and was always happy to show us more! Even when we considered building our own home, she arranged for us to meet with builders and asked helpful questions at the meetings. While looking at homes, she always pointed out details we would have missed and brought up important things for us to consider.
After several months of looking, her work only just began when we found the house we wanted. She was great through the negotiation period and helped us every step of the way. Our closing ended up happening while she was on vacation in Europe, but even then, she made sure everything was set for things to go smoothly, and she made the process fool proof for us!
We couldn't recommend Anastasia more highly!

Great experience. Anastasia was extremely prompt and helpful, especially in the process of identifying potential properties within my price range and my desired area. She had a number of recommendations for mortgage providers as well, and I very much felt that she was looking out for me during negotiations. The whole process was able to happen very quickly, thanks in part to Anastasia's promptness and efficiency. I am happily settled in my new home, and would highly recommend Anastasia's work.

Anastasia quickly sold our home at our within the limits of our acceptable pricing a task that another national realtor could not accomplish. Unlike our past experience Anastasia took an aggressive team approach to selling the home providing advice, guidance, marketing, pricing and most importantly showcasing and photographing the home in a way that encouraged traffic during the open houses. The aggressiveness that Anastasia displayed in trying to sign us as clients (unsolicited phone calls and mailings) matched the aggressiveness we experienced in her successful effort to sell our home.
We are even more pleased with the guidance she provided in finding another home based upon a list of “must haves”. It is not a coincidence that the first home she took us to is the one we purchased. Anastasia was truly in tune with what we were looking for and didn’t waste our time.
Most of all we appreciate the patience, professionalism and humor that Anastasia displayed; admittedely we are difficult to work with, have hectic schedules, and varied responsibilities. Despite all this, she gracefully managed to balance the sale of our home, the purchase of our new home, inspections, and the stress of the VA loan process.
