Hi homeless101-In an upcoming release we are updating the mapping and the city and zip code boundaries will be much more concise. (Nov/Dec time frame). Any new email subscription will take those into account.  It might be best to create a new one so you get the most accurate info for 90274.  (To unsubscribe from the old ones, click on "unsubscribe" from the email).Thanks-Andie

Hi Rosebud15845-A great way to begin a search is to sign up for the Zillow Saved Search emails.  Simply conduct a search for a city or neighborhood on Zillow and add the filters your most interested in (for sale, MMM, etc). Once you have narrowed down what you are looking for, you can sign up by selecting E-mail Alerts in the right-hand top corner of the map or just below it, or in Tools section to the left. If you would like to share your search results with a friend, just select the "Send to a friend link" in the Tools section.You will get the mails with new listings whenever they match the search.  When you find the perfect one and don't need the email anymore, click on the unsubscribe link in the bottom of the mail.Good luck in your search!Andie ReedZillow Email PM

To look at past sale prices you can go into the details of the home and click on "Zestimates and Charts" on the top left hand side.From there, scroll down to "Sales History & Tax Information".  This will show you the last sold price.  If you want more history, please enter the code you see in the graphic and you will get further data.You can also sign up for email alerts for a home you want to keep tabs on.  You can do this from the search results and Home Details pages.  Look for "E-mail Alerts" and the envelope and bell icon.  You can sign up for Home Report which will give you monthly updates on the home.  Also, if there is any chance in the status or price of a home, you will get a Property Alert email with that information as well.Thank you-Andie

You can subscribe to a search mail from Zillow as well.  When you do a search for an area on Zillow, look for the "E-mail alerts" link (with an envelope and bell icon).  This will allow you to sign up for daily, weekly or monthly email alerts with your search area.  You can do this for as many as you like.  If you would like to unsubscribe from the alert, you can click on the unsubscribe link in the bottom of the email.Thanks!ANdie

Hi Heather-Currently you can unsubscribe from the saved search email you have but not modify it. From the email you have received, click on "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the mail and you will no longer get that mail. You need to do this for each search you have saved.If you would like to get a new area sent to you, please do a new search and sign up for the email alerts with the new one.Andie ReedEmail PM

Hi Smocking-I think you are talking about the Home Report?  If yes, you can go to the other homes you have by using the search function (if you do not already have saved as a favorite.From the overview page click on "get e-mail alerts" on the left hand side. You can sign in and choose to get the Home Report there.If you have the home saved as a favorite you can go to My Zillow > Favorite Homes > select the home > mark the box "Get Home Report E-mail".
