Hi fltatt1-From the email you have received of the Saved Search, click on "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the mail and you will no longer get that mail. You need to do this for each search you have saved.Thank you-Andie ReedZillow Email PM

You can also sign up for our Saved Search email and the recently sold homes for your search will be shown in the email.  Here is the blog post regarding Saved Search.  You can sign up to get the email(s) daily, weekly, or monthly and can tailor the search to whatever area(s) you would like.

Hi Ellen-Since you are an agent, I would suggest you sign up for the Professional email under My Zillow > Account Settings.  Also, in your profile, please note what areas you service as we can use that to send you the email.Thank you-Andie ReedEmail Project Manager

Hello cmoo-I work on email here at Zillow and would like to help you if I can.  The previous answer is correct for emails sent for things you have signed up for.  We also do send some confirmation emails when you do something on the site like post a home for sale or similar.  If you could send me the email(s) that are in question, I can look into this for you.  It could be a mechanical issue and you might not be the only one.Thank you-Andie Reedandrear at zillow.com

Hi rrrcer-I run the email program here at Zillow and am sorry to hear you are having issues with our mails.  Could you send me the mail(s) you are referring to so I can know which are an issue?  Please send as an attachment if possible, but if not, a forward will do.
