Realtors should consider it a Job, and APPLY for the position.Listen to what the seller has to say about their home and their expecations, consider all facts when touring the home. Weigh and measure your ability to work with the seller to reach a mutual qoal.Selling Real Estate is more then a great style to get appointments - it is about Relationship and Working Cooperatively with People.

Staging Professionals

Absolutely believe in Staging. I am in the East Bay of San Francisco, and have the ultimate stager, she is fair, quick - clients love her and she can handle the delicate balance of giving clients pointers on how to deep clean and present their home is the most favorable light. She also allows me to pay her at the close escrow for most of the cost. She offers a menu of sorts including some furnishings, fresh flower arragnements for Open House, Broker Tour etc. My client feed back has been outstanding with using her.

Happy New Year - Greetings from East Bay San Francisco - CA, Market impacted by listings, Buyers far more selective and they can afford to be now. Sellers are less resistant now to 'right pricing' rather then 'want pricing'. Working hard everyday.  Love referrals - relo's to Silicon Valley Work area love Fremont, Pleasaton, Livermore, Dublin - Excellent values avaiable. 3 P's of Real Estate.... Pricing, Potential, Possibilities![content removed by moderator for being self protional]

Listing agents giving life story of sellers

Reply
I can see how an agent might think it was in the client (seller's) best interest to create 'buying interest' by disclosing of unsolicited information, but after reading all the comments I have to agree with Jay...in the end...not helpful.  Have a Great New Year and here' s to 2008.

Are Destress Sales Better - What's going on in the Market?
As of today 337 Detached homes for sale in Fremont, with 31 currently bank owned, and another 29 in Short Sale Status.  Is now a good time to buy...EXCELLENT - rates are great and for those who've done their research and are Loan Ready - timing is perfect.  What do you think?  Fear of continuing slump in market scaring you you away?

What's a fair price to pay?
With so many houses on the market - how do you know which ones are a good deal, and which ones have more wiggle room.  Do your homework.  Trendgraphixs tells this professional that in December 2007 the average cost per square foot in Fremont was $407.00.  The high point for cost per sq ft was in May and July hitting $469.00 - does that mean it makes sense to wait to buy - probably not, and if you are measuring your timing for sales, be careful of waiting too long because although cost per sq ft rises, so do the number of homes on the market, creating greater inventory can actually work against a timely sale.  Rule of thumb - you can price a house too high, but never too low - do your homework, and call a professional with insight into the market and technology to reach 100,000 hits a month!  www.aDreamRealtor.com

Are you watching the Market News????
Are you paying close attention to the Market news and update.  Today Congress has delivered it's recommendation to President Bush for an increase in the conforming rates.  How does this effect you -  it gives you greater potential to purchase a home, move up and secure a great interest rate.  Don't be mislead it's not all doom and gloom.  Let Your Future Begin Now withwww.aDreamRealtor.com

Being Aware of the Market
Picture a hot summer day and a large inviting swimming pool, got it...well that's Real Estate Today - the water is good, don't delay.  With the pending increases in the conforming rates, and lower interest rates across the borad the time to jump is now.  Shake off the winter delay and get onboard with a plan for purchase.  Tackle it with a logical approach:#1) Determine the area you want to live, which neighborhood, how big and consider schools, shopping, and commutes.  Zillow gives you a good Bird's Eye View.#2) Research your lender.  I personally like www.LDavisHomeLoans.com  ...just do your research - find who is a match for you and get Pre-Qualified#3) Talk to a few realtors, get a feel for the differential - who will do what.  Focusing on the one who'll discount costs can back fire - keep this in mind 'do you discount your salary at work and still preform the same duties'#4) Put your plan into action.  Stay in touch - and let the Difference Begin Today!  Good Luck

HOT TEMPERATURES IN REAL ESTATE TOO
Does high temperatures cause buyers to hold off?  No, in fact if anything it drives the activity level up, and currently pricing has shifted on homes newly added to the market.  Sellers are approaching things with a more logical angel - to sell it, it has to be priced right?  ARE PEOPLE WORRIED ABOUT LOANS?  Yes, and with the announcement from another major home mortgage lender that they are closing up business it is imperagtive that buyers work closely with their Loan Broker and agent to ensure a successful tranisition from offer to close of escrow. Make sure to not be in the dark, contact aDreamRealtor today for information on finding the right home and strength in a contract.
