Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $250K in Louisville, KY.Summary:
Andrea did a tremendous job in not only finding us the right home, but helped us become acquainted with a new city. We had very limited knowledge of Louisville, and Andrea took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for in not only a home but a community. She was very patient with us as we had unaccommodating schedules, and was always ready to help us when we found the time. I could have not asked for a better experience.…More Less

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $350K in Louisville, KY.Summary:
Andrea represented us on both the sale of our prior home and the purchase of our current home, and she was a pleasure to work with. She was always responsive, which is highly important when working in this real estate market. She is transparent, professional and highly knowledgable of the Louisville market. I have referred my friends to Andrea and I would definitely work with her again--she is fantastic!…More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $250K in Louisville, KY.Summary:
My husband and I moved to Louisville just over 3 years ago and we were connected with Andrea through my company's relocation program. She was wonderful to work with and made us feel at ease during that stressful time. Andrea was first able to help us find a rental property in a great area of town so we could get to know Louisville and get a better feel for where we wanted to purchase our home. Once we were ready to start looking at homes, we provided Andrea with a list of very specific requirements we had for our new home. Andrea was up for the task and was able to find us several homes that met all of our requirements. She was great at setting appointments, even when they were last minute. Once it came time to make the offer, Andrea walked us through ever step, making the process so simple and driving a hard negotiation to get us the best price. Even after the offer was accepted, Andrea was there to guide us through the inspection process. When it came time to close, Andrea armed us with everything we needed so that the closing was simple and quick. We couldn't have asked for better support in a Realtor and we couldn't be happier in our awesome home.…More Less

I Love Louisville!
I remember my first visits to Louisville, I instantly fell in love! I grew up in a small town and was looking for a new city to call home. I knew I wanted a big city feel, but I still wanted that small town touch. Louisville was truly the perfect fit! Not only do we have everything that you could ever find in a big city - fabulous arts, the Broadway Series, a fantastic zoo, beautiful parks system, extrordinary restaurants and entertainment scene - but we also have a small town feel and friendliness that you just don't find in other cities! Louisville is the best of both worlds. After living and working here for 10 years, I am happy to call Louisville home and I love sharing our city with others.
WHAT I PROVIDE FOR SELLERS!
My goal in helping you to sell your home is simple - to sell your home for top dollar in the least amount of time possible. With a background in sales and marketing, I do this by creating a customized marketing plan for each of my listings. Did you know over 90% of buyers identified the internet as a source in their search for a home? My marketing plan includes some traditional means of real estate marketing, with a focus on incorporating the Internet and email marketing where the buyers are searching! I put your home where the buyers are and work directly with you throughout the entire home selling process to the closing. Don't worry about talking to an "assistant" or a "closing coordinator", I will work with you PERSONALLY to achieve your home selling goals!
WHAT I PROVIDE FOR BUYERS!
I love working with buyers to find their dream home. I have extensive knowledge of Louisville and all of its neighborhoods and I work with you to find the best fit for you and your family. We will work together to narrow down the specific criteria that you are looking for in your dream home and then we will go out there together to find it! Do you have questions about crime rates, schools and neighborhood offerings? As the Relocation Director of our company, I stay on top of all of the most current statistics and information and I'm happy to pass that knowledge along to you.
I especially love helping first time buyers. I will walk you through the home buying process from start to finish ahead of time, so that you can relax and focus on finding the home of your dreams!
