I Love Louisville!
I remember my first visits to Louisville, I instantly fell in love! I grew up in a small town and was looking for a new city to call home. I knew I wanted a big city feel, but I still wanted that small town touch. Louisville was truly the perfect fit! Not only do we have everything that you could ever find in a big city - fabulous arts, the Broadway Series, a fantastic zoo, beautiful parks system, extrordinary restaurants and entertainment scene - but we also have a small town feel and friendliness that you just don't find in other cities! Louisville is the best of both worlds. After living and working here for 10 years, I am happy to call Louisville home and I love sharing our city with others.
WHAT I PROVIDE FOR SELLERS!
My goal in helping you to sell your home is simple - to sell your home for top dollar in the least amount of time possible. With a background in sales and marketing, I do this by creating a customized marketing plan for each of my listings. Did you know over 90% of buyers identified the internet as a source in their search for a home? My marketing plan includes some traditional means of real estate marketing, with a focus on incorporating the Internet and email marketing where the buyers are searching! I put your home where the buyers are and work directly with you throughout the entire home selling process to the closing. Don't worry about talking to an "assistant" or a "closing coordinator", I will work with you PERSONALLY to achieve your home selling goals!

We will work together to narrow down the specific criteria that you are looking for in your dream home and then we will go out there together to find it! As the Relocation Director of our company, I stay on top of all of the most current statistics and information and I'm happy to pass that knowledge along to you.
I especially love helping first time buyers. I will walk you through the home buying process from start to finish ahead of time, so that you can relax and focus on finding the home of your dreams!
