I used Tatry Realty through a friend recommendation when I was looking to purchase my condo or rent an apartment. At the time, they were a smaller company just starting out, and after my positive experience with them, it is no surprise to see them grow in the manner they have. My agent was Andrew Orzechowski, who displayed everything I was looking for in a real estate representative. He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and very, very helpful. He was able to help me make a decision that plagued me for months between renting or buying without ever being pushy or greedy. It was very obvious to me early on that my best interest was always his and the company's only concern. Through their help, I was always given a large selection of listings to go through, they were always available to show me units, and even though it may have taken me a little longer than usual to make a decision, I never felt rushed or witnessed any frustration on their part. Quite the contrary, always a friendly face, patient representation, and then excellent negotiating skills once a decision was made; 15% less then my minimum offer. They fought for me even after I was satisfied with the price. I still have the same place and am still in love with it in the same way I was the first day I bought it. I thank Tatry Realty for their part in this, as I am sure I would not have had such a successful purchase had I gone with a different agency. I highly recommend Tatry.
