Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Leadville, CO.
Andrew has worked every angle of the sale of our home. Ultimately we determined to rent the house but he negotiated all aspects of that process as well, from finding qualified tenants to serving as property manager now. He has been amazing!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Leadville, CO.
I cannot say enough good things about Andrew Purdy, the entire experience was fantastic. Andrew worked very hard to find us a home that we loved and did not pressure us to make a decision at any point. It felt more like having a really good friend look for a house for you that also happened to be an expert on the local property market. Our experience was unique in that we were living overseas and were purchasing a home in the area without seeing if first. Andrew took tons of photos/videos and was quick to respond to every question along the way. Andrew made the home buying process what it should be - enjoyable and exciting. Thanks Andrew!!!

I highly recommend Andrew Purdy. My husband and I look forward to working with him again in the future. He has gone above and beyond to make sure that we are taken care of and the lease is upheld by the home owners. Andrew is not in it just for the money and truly cares about his clients happiness.

I have worked with Andrew on 3 different occasions. 2 dealing with bare property and 1 on a house and property, I would recommend Andrew to everyone that is looking to buy or sell. Great experience working with Andrew.

Helped me rent a home.
Andrew was amazing! He had so much information for us and knew the area so well. We moved from out of town and I had to come look for a house without my husband. He was very honest and gave his opinion in a way that was very helpful. We looked a several houses and by that time he really knew what we were looking for and he's the one that found the house we are now living in and LOVE! He was also very helpful with the whole process of getting the paperwork completed and was in contact frequently until he knew everything was taken care of.

Helped my roommate and I find the perfect rental house in Leadville. We are both new to town, but he was able to help us find a great location and fair priced rental. Knew the in's and out's of the town and rentals available in the area to make this happen. Always available and very helpful. Communicates quickly between the house owner and us, the tenants.

Andrew is extremely knowledgeable about the Leadville and Vail Valley real estate markets. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a primary residence or investment property.

A true blessing!
My husband and I have been working with Andrew for several months now, and though we have not found a home, we have greatly appreciated Andrew's willingness to explain everything to us, his genuine desire to help us find the right house as if he was looking for himself and his knowledge of the local housing market has proved to be invaluable. We would recommend Andrew to anyone looking in Leadville to buy or sell a house or find a rental. He is an HONEST agent with his clients best interest in mind.

Although this particular house was not for us, Andrew continues to put all his efforts into finding just the right house for us. I have no doubt that his continued efforts to match the right home with the right homeowner will find us JUST the right house soon. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Leadville, CO.
As a first-time homeowner, we were very picky and took our time making decisions. Andrew was thorough and diligent, and ultimately helped us find the home that was perfect for us. He's awesome!
