PHILOSOPHY & APPROACH

The Seattle market has been competitive in the last year and will continue to be so in 2014. I work with each of my clients to set expectations and an approach that will enable their goals to be met in each transaction. I first listen to your priorities, and then work collaboratively to set a plan in motion. Today, real estate data is readily available to the public, but it takes someone with an experienced perspective to understand what this data means when it comes to living in a space. My background in architecture and high-end residential construction enables me to help you interpret this data and make spaces come alive.

BIOGRAPHY

I was born and raised in Seattle and have watched our neighborhoods transform with vibrant new life over the years. I hold degrees from the University of Washington in Architecture and Construction Management, and spent years working in high-end residential construction. This foundation in design and construction helps me serve the diverse needs of each real estate client. When I am not working with clients, I enjoy hiking, cycling, sailing, and helping with a non-profit that builds homes and promotes education in Tijuana, Mexico.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $525K in Wallingford, Seattle, WA.

I can't say enough about the service provided by Andrew Schein - I would absolutely recommend him to anyone seeking an agent.

Selling my first home was a new experience in and of itself. As I also happened to be relocating out of state while doing so the challenge was only furthered. Andrew's coaching, guidance, and execution couldn't have been better. I received knowledgeable guidance, great insight on areas to upgrade/repair, and solid instruction. Bought a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $550K in Belltown, Seattle, WA.

Andrew was fantastic to work with! He clearly understood what we wanted in our new home. He was very patient and was always concerned about meeting our requirements. He always provided honest comments about each location, both how each place would meet our needs and what concerns we should have.

With only a few trips from California, we were successfully able to purchase a new condo in Seattle.

Bought a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $375K in Belltown, Seattle, WA.

Andrew helped us purchasing our first condo home, and before we finally decided on purchasing Andrew has been showing us around and sending us updates for more than a year, Andrew has been extremely patient and always nice and responsive to our requests. One example is in the middle of purchasing and close to closing stage, we decided to switch to a different loan provider just because a much better rate, Andrew helped us thoroughly think through the pros/cons, and actively communicated with seller and reached mutual agreement so that we could get some extension and switch to the ideal loan agent. The entire purchasing experience was incredible and we couldn't be happier with our new home, and we can't do that without Andrew's great work, I would highly recommend Andrew as buying agent and would love to work with Andrew again on our next purchase.  More Less
