I am both a real estate investor and a Real Estate Broker who lives and works in Midtown Atlanta. I work for myself and do not have a big broker name behind my card. What I do have is a lot of business.    You can see some of my past few year's transactions listed on Zillow's past sales page.

In 2013 I was entrusted by my clients to execute 7 million dollars in Real Estate sales transactions.   I am also entrusted to manage about 15,000 square feet of high end luxury rentals.    People trust my opinions and analysis to do a good job and serve their interests as if they were my own.   Why me you ask?  Well, for one thing I have "skin in the game".   I am a seasoned Estate Investor myself with rentals (primarily condos) and mortgage backed securities all over the neighborhoods of Atlanta.   I work through Condo living and investing on both a financial and social level with my clients.   That combination is a winner and most people appreciate my candid opinions. 

Since 2009, I have helped hundreds of people establish themselves in Midtown, Buckhead, The Old 4th Ward, Inman Park and other parts of Atlanta. I relocated to Atlanta about four years ago from another state. I offer a fresh perspective on Atlanta and what the different areas have to offer. Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $200K in Acworth, GA.

Sold a Townhouse home in 2014 for approximately $150K in Midtown, Atlanta, GA.

One of the best agents I've worked with. He even picked me up from my hotel to show me condos. Very helpful and had great local knowledge. When I sell it will surely be with him.
