I am both an Accredited Real Estate Investor and a Real Estate Broker who lives and works in Midtown Atlanta. I work for myself and do not have a large Brokerage name behind my card. In 2013 I was entrusted by my clients to execute 7 million dollars in Real Estate sales transactions.   I am also entrusted to help manage about 15,000 square feet of high-end luxury rentals and commercial locations.    People trust my opinions and analysis to do a good job and serve their interests as if they were my own.   Why me you ask?  Well, for one thing I have "skin in the game".   I am a seasoned Estate Investor myself with rentals (primarily condos) and mortgage backed securities all over the neighborhoods of Atlanta.   I work through Intown living and investing on both a financial and social level with my clients.   That combination is a winner and most people appreciate my candid opinions.

Sold a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $325K in Midtown, Atlanta, GA.

Bought a home in 2014.

Andrew is a professional in condo. He arranged and shown me the condos very efficiently, so I find the house I want in two weeks. His responsiveness is also amazing. We usually communicate via email, and I always got his response immediately. I pretty like the way we worked with emails, because I usually not available to pick up the phone call.
