Bought a Condo home in 2013 in Downtown, Atlanta, GA.
Andrew was of tremendous help during my apartment purchasing process. As a first time home buyer, Andrew's expensive knowledge in local condo market and patience in helping me find my home really impressed me. There were some bumps during my home search, but he successfully smoothed out everything for me. I was in a bidding war for my current home in Twelve Centennial Park. As my real estate agent, Andrew represented me very well and helped me win the bid. At closing, the seller's agent also commented on Andrew's professionalism. Though I wish I paid slightly less, I am still very delighted with my purchase. Overall, I highly would recommend Andrew and I will definitely go back to him for future business.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 in Atlanta, GA.
Andrew has a keen knowledge of the fast moving lower end market and a sophistication that works well with a high end market. I would feel comfortable recommending Andrew for any type of listing or purchase. We looked at several properties and his candor on which areas to avoid was much appreciated.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Old Fourth Ward, Atlanta, GA.
I moved to Atlanta in July and spent a few months searching for properties around Atlanta with Andrew.Here is what i can say about him
1. Quick and deligent in responding to requests and queries. 2. Extensive knowldege of the neigborhood. 3. Helpful. He helped me apply for Homestead exemption and Tax payer return, which I wouldn't have done otherwise!

Bought a home in 2013.
Andrew was fantastic in all aspects of the process. He was instrumental in getting me get a great deal for a large corner unit of a luxury condo building. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Bought a home in 2013.
My experience working with Andrew has been great. He's quick to respond to emails and is easy to reach. He knows his market and as a client, I really benefited from his expertise. He has a lot of great connections in the real estate industry and is happy to share them. He's willing to go the extra mile for a long-distance client like myself. I'd be happy to recommend Andrew to anyone.

Listed, but didn't sell my Condo home in 2012 in Midtown, Atlanta, GA.
Andrew is AWESOME. He is by far the most professional real estate agent my wife and I have ever worked with. Andrew was able to get us an incredibly fair offer within 3 months of listing our condo for sale. He held 3 open houses and his network was directly responsible for several showings that we had. Long story short we decided not to sell our home, but it wasn't because Andrew didn't do an awesome job or get us a very fair offer. We will definitely be contacting Andrew again in the future when we are ready to sell/buy again. We would totally recommend Andrew to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, experienced, real estate agent; and we look forward to working with him again in the future.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Sweet Auburn, Atlanta, GA.
Andrew has been a godsend - from helping to identify the best areas and types of properties for investment in Atlanta today, to scoping out the subtle but important differences in opportunities, to negotiating on my behalf and handling EVERY detail of closing. I ended up buying in Midtown and Buckhead, with Andrew as the best buyer's broker I have ever come across.
Even though I was remote, he stayed in touch with me practically every second, attended inspection for me, and then handled advertising my properties for rent, showing them, screening tenants, and moving the tenants in!!
I am 100% confident in my decision to invest in Atlanta, and in the specific purchases I made, solely because of Andrew Doyle's patience, education, savvy, and professionalism.

Sold a home in 2012.
I had a very unfortunate experience with Andrew as my listing/sellers agent. It all start very well with many showings. Once under contract, things fell apart. He informed us of a closing date that was wrong , never admitted making the mistake and pointed fingers at everyone around him. We planned everything around this wrong date, we got all our stuff packed and taken away, we set up a closing date for the purchase of a new property in another state (where we had relocated to), we gave notice in our corporate rental, my husband traveled to ATL for the closing. We ended up having to place our belongings in storage, having to move into a hotel, having to change our closing date and terms of our mortgage (we were counting on the $$$ from the sale), All these to great expense to us. Once we informed him of our dissatisfaction with his services, he basically checked out on us, cut communications, did not adviced us when our buyer had to delay the closing date , I am not even sure he participated in the closing but he still got his commission, very unfair.
If you choose to work with him, be aware that he talks the talk but does not walk the walk. Make sure you keep all communications in writting so he cannot turn things around as he tried to do in our case. This is his biggest problem COMMUNICATION and he makes decisions unilaterally w/o consulting his clients.
FYI, his broker Jeff Bergstrom was no help when I approached him and basically told me to cut the drama.

Very inaccurate account of the events. Basically, the Buyer was unable to close his loan either earlier then the agreed upon closing date, or by the closing date. It did create a problem for my Seller's but in the end the Seller's home was sold.
Nothing I could have done could have executed their sale faster. This was fully explained, and I am very disappointed with this review. My many other reviews on both zillow and my website and much more accurate. It is for that reason that I am the leading Agent for the Viewpoint in 2012, as well as the top selling Buyer's Agent for buildings like 1010 in 2011.

Andrew has been my Real Estate Agent for over a year now. He has also been managing my rental property. I am very pleased with his service. He is prompt, knowledgeable and accessible and trustworthy individual. I would strongly recommend him to anybody who may need his services.

Helped me rent a home.
I'm a Yale MBA student and moved to Atlanta for a summer internship. Andrew gave me a pretty good deal on a furnished corporate rental in Buckhead. Not only that, but he's also become a real friend and helped me discover most of Atlanta. I have been living in the same apartment for 3 months and have enjoyed every moment.
