Andrew Fox was an absolute life saver when it came to selling our home. We were on a time crunch to sell and relocate and had already had our house listed for 6 months with another realtor before Andrew swept in and saved the day. Andrew sold the home of our friends/neighbors in such a short amount of time we just had to give him a shot. He promised that he would do the best he could and sure enough HE DID!!! We had our house listed with Andrew for 36 days before we went under contract and sold it. Andrew brought in more showings in those 36 days than we had the entire 6 months with the prior realtor. He kept in contact with us at a minimum of once a week, gave great advice and was a true pleasure to work with. He made the selling/closing process so easy and even went above and beyond by helping us to find a rental to wait out our short time period between relocating in. We are still asked by friends and friends of friends about who sold our house and we have and will continue to always recommend Andrew Fox to any and everybody we run into.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $325K in Hendersonville, TN.

Pretty much a powerhouse realtor with the ease of options,.. I felt welcomed and never pressured. Andrew made finding a house a lot of fun in a already stressful situation. Would highly reccomend!!

Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2014 in Bethel, Clarksville, TN 37042.

The worst. Doesn't tell me there is a stain in the living room ceiling from a repair done a year earlier. Doesn't tell me a hall rug needs work or the lawn needs attention. Disappears after we sign sending you to his "assistant". Never ever ever gives you a sense of whether people are coming in and what can be done to make it sell. An agent who because this house was under 110,000 really wanted to just fill his listings so he could say to his big players, "I'm showing fifteen houses (or whatever)." Made a big thing of lowering his commission a half point, as if he was doing me a favor.  More Less

Sorry to hear you were so disappointed but when you insist on listing for top dollar and refuse to do any work and want to sell the home as-is this is what happens. Usually sellers are more excited to get a deal on the commission but hopefully you have been able to get the home sold. Best of luck. The 1 star reviews are always intriguing when all the other ones are 5 stars!!!
