I'd like 2 disconnect from zillow, but every time i try i get a Bad Request Invalid URL message ??  Please advise me ...

I would position your furniture in an L shape - Position the 2 single seater chairs side by side in front of the window with a small table (with a vase of flowers or plant) between them.  The sofa should remain where it is.  Furniture should not be against the window wall - but pulled forward about 1 foot.  This will show the room looking as large as possible.  Remove your house plants - they eat up space (and encroach on the walkway)  and r overgrown so they don't look that wonderful - finally i'd strongly consider painting a light neutral color - thought this is not essential - also the lamp shade on the left is tilted - u should straighten it :-) Wishing you a speedy sale!!Andy CapellutoInternational School Of Staging 

My advice as a home staging instructor is that no matter what type of home you live in, no matter where it is in the world, it must be presented looking as clean, uncluttered, and updated as possible.  Home staging isn't for only luxury homes ...

Same thing happened to me, and then I thought to myself, why would I want to have fridge magnets on a stainless appliance anyway :)   They're a big home staging no no!

Go for it - I advocate doing it all the time.
