My zillow listings have been pretty current and up to date.  Something happened over the weekend that caused most of my listings to disappear and it appears to have taken 6 listings and doubled and trippled them on the site.  How can this be fixed?

When starting a discussion, I can enter the city (Greensboro, NC) but no specific neighborhoods are listed in the drop down menu.  How do I add neighborhoods?

There are two listings that appear twice on "My Listings" - 1013 N. Elm #B5 and 360 Elm #203.  I would like to know how to delete the repeats and how to prevent that from happening.  Also, the ones that are not on my listings are 1471 Lewisburg Pointe, 5009 Windermere, 322 Gorrell. 413 McAdoo Ave....just to name a few.
