He not only found my house for me in 2011, but also identified a lower-cost loan and broker so that the transaction was much less daunting than it could have been. When it came time to sell my house, he helped us come up with a plan to get the most traffic through the place in as little time as possible. He introduced us to an affordable and fantastic stager and coordinated with a handyman and the stating company to get the house market-ready, as my husband and I moved out of state to facilitate the process. Don't know where to start. Andy is the reason I am living in the condo of my dreams. When we first saw it I didn't like the layout. I mentioned removing a wall and combining the den and living room. We left without thought. A few days later Andy wanted me to go back and see it. He took my comments to the listing agent and got them to remove the wall for me. That and all the other accommodations he made for me (working with owners to let me go into unit during closing process to have my contractors do additional work like reface cabinets, paint, replace hardwood floors) impressed me so much. In addition, he also sold my old condo in less then two weeks with multiple offers OVER my asking price. He is an EXPERT in the DC market and he "get's it".

Our experience with Reishman Real State was amazing. We were looking to buy in the South West area and Andy knew the area well. He was aware of things that would soon come to the market and let us know in advance to see if it would be of interest to us. He understood really well what we wanted and showed us listings according to our taste. He was extremely patient and hardworking. He prepared several offers with us given that D.C real state is a highly competitive market. We didn't get the first 3 offers but he continued to keep the energy and enthusiasm to get us through the process.
Once out offer was accepted he was there with us in the process. He helped us with the inspection and made sure everything was in place for settlement. The people at his office were also helpful. They helped us communicate with the bank, the tittle company and the seller.

Andy is an AMAZING agent. We were selling our rental unit, which was vacant at the time of listing, and couldn't afford to carry it more than absolutely necessary. He listed it within days of our initial conversation, held an open house the first weekend, and we had four offers, ALL over list price (and way over our expected sale price), by Tuesday.
