Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $250K in York Haven, PA.
My family and I are very thankful we found Andy. When buying/selling a house even if you play an active part in the details there are inevitably parts that require you to trust the people working for you. We had our share of those (including an unforseen mortgage snafoo with our buyers), and believe me I'm glad we had someone experienced representing us who could help smooth things out. Throughout the entire process, Andy's character was evident . He made it clear he wanted us to feel happy with our decisions and our choice of house, never pushing us or simply trying to close a deal. Truly made buying a house enjoyable!
