Thanks for updating the price, David. I didn't have any specific questions. I live in the neighborhood, and was just posting a link to more information about the home for people who were interested in the home. Sadly, I probably still can't afford the home, even with its reduced price. :-)
Are the home facts correct?
According to the listing on Windermere -- http://www.windermere.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=Listing.ListingDetail&ListingID=17389503 -- this home has 4 bedrooms and 2.75 baths. Maybe the owner or listing agent will come on here and update the home facts.
Got any pictures?
This is one of the few for sale homes on the Vineyard that I _might_ be able to afford. Could you post some pictures so I (and others) can get a look at it?

Is the barn still in use?
I used to live here when I was growing up. We had sheep, a miniature donkey, and a goat that all lived in the barn and grazed in the fields. I've heard that the new owners have horses. Does anyone know if they're still using the barn?

I hope someone in the area answers your question for sure, but from the Bird's Eye View it looks like this home does not have a pool, though the next door neighbor does.
