I hope the owner answers your question so you'll know for sure, but according to the map -- http://www.zillow.com/search/Search.htm?zpid=56838633 -- the home looks like it's only about 400 feet down the road to the water (there's a distance legend in the lower left corner of the map).

Sadly, it looks like the home is no longer for sale for $1. Sorry you missed the opportunity of a lifetime. :-)

Just a quick suggestion: if the owner doesn't respond to you via the Home Q&A feature, you can always contact them directly. Just go to the home's Home Details Page (in this case http://www.zillow.com/HomeDetails.htm?zprop=8446138 ) and click the "Contact Owner" button partway down the page in the right-hand column. This will send an e-mail directly to the owner, and you can request a viewing.

I'm not the owner of the home, but I'm pretty sure any offer of $399.00 (or even $400.00) will be rejected. :-)Owner, if you're reading this, please consider updating your sale price. I imagine you're looking for something closer to $399,000.

While I hope the owner answers your question more fully, I'll take a stab at it. I think your guess is right: it probably means that there are two full bathrooms (meaning each one has a toilet and a tub) and one three-quarters bathroom (meaning it has a toilet and a shower stall). The official county records could have been incorrect, or maybe the owner added a shower stall to what used to be just a half bath (toilet only). Hope that helps.

Yep, sure looks like it's for sale, since the owner points to a web site where it's listed. I agree that the owner would do well to officially post the home for sale and add some more details and photos: in the last 12 days the home has had 33 page views. That number would go up even higher if it were listed as being for sale.

You can only change the basic facts of a home if you're the owner of that home. To do that, first go to your home's Home Details Page -- for this home, it's http://www.zillow.com/HomeDetails.htm?zprop=7260571 . From there, scroll down the page to the Home Facts section and click the "Edit Home Facts" button. You will be walked through the process of claiming your home (verifying that you're really the owner), then you can edit your home facts. While those changes won't replace the public home facts that are displayed, your edits are displayed in a column next to the public facts, and identified as coming from the owner.
