Bought a home in 2013.
My wife and I could not have been luckier to randomly select Andy through a Zillow search. We went into the process completely clueless, and he was always there with an answer or advice as we trudged along. He wasn't shy to make suggestions that he thought was in our best interest (i.e. the data on a neighborhood suggests it's a risky investment). However, he was more than willing to let us do what we wanted, so long as he gave us as much information as possible. I've already recommended him to a handful of people.

As first time home buyers, we learned it's very imporant to have a realtor you can trust. Andy delivered the ultimate buying experience we were looking for from start to finish. His passion and knowledge of the real estate industry is what sets him apart. You can tell he loves what he does, always had time to meet with us and answered our questions in a speedy manner. When he heard of another bid coming in, he knew exactly what it would take to get us the house we fell in love with, while staying inside of our budget. We loved our experience with Andy, love our new home and can't wait to send our friends/family Andy's way!

Andy was great to work with every step of the way. In buying our new home he was extremely patient with us as we walked through our showings and always pointed out features of the home you might not otherwise look for when doing your first walk through. When we decided to make an offer on our new home, Andy was extremely knowledgable of the process and was always super quick to respond to emails and phone calls. When it came to selling our old house, Andy came prepared with a detailed marketing plan of what sets him apart from the competition. This really put us at ease as we were concerned our home may not get the desired exposure. We got a ton of showings as soon as our house went on the market and we ended up going into contract in 2.5 weeks and closed right on time at a price we very happy with. Andy was extremely helpful throughout the negotiation process and gave great insight as to how much we should budge or not budge. All in all working with Andy was a fantastic experience and would absolutelty recommend his services to anyone I know.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience working with Andy. As a first time home buyer, I came into the process with more curiosity than actual intent to buy, but Andy stuck with me and helped me along from beginning to end. He gave me a truly honest outlook on the entire process, and referred me to great people to work with along the way, from inspectors to mortgage companies. He was always very quick to respond to my questions which never left me feeling like I was alone in the process. I highly recommend Andy to anybody who is looking for an honest and effective real estate professional!

We used Andy recently to help us purchase our 1st home. He answered our many questions in a timely manner, and was very receptive to our many emails. As a first-time homebuyer, I started this process wondering what the purpose of real estate agents was. At the end of the process, I feel humbled and thankful for them! I experienced just how important a decision it is to pick the right agent. Andy was by far the best agent we could have asked for. He educated us through all of the many steps involved in buying a house without any pressure or stress. And buying a house is stressful!!!

Andy is very professional yet exceptionally personable. He made our house hunt a very pleasant and fun experience. He always responded to emails and phone calls promptly. I also liked that he was very adept at using technology to provide additional information about a property or to speed up the paper work. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their house.

Andy was awesome! He only sent us properties that he thought would be a safe investment. He was honest throughout the process and gave us the pros and cons on each house we were considering. He quickly responded to any questions or concerns we had. We would recommend him to anyone! We love the house we bought!

After selling our house quickly, Andy helped us find the perfect house. He was a true professional, and didnt rely on high pressure sales. He took time to show us several houses and we found the perfect one. When it came to negotiating, we told him where we wnated to be and we actually got the house for less than anticipated. It was a stressful time after we sold our house, and Andy helped make the transition to the new place easy and painless. Most importantly he was avaialble to answer questions when we had them and made time to show us houses with little notice. I highly reccomend Andy.
After being blown off by another local realtor, Andy had a list of available properties, specific to our requirements, sent to us the same day we made initial contact. Andy's expertise even helped us notice many of the hidden pro's and con's in each property, but makes sure you never feel pressured into a property. His #1 goal is to put you in a house that you will love.
Additionally, Andy offers a wide array of professional references as well, from lenders who are professional and reliable (who we used, and were excellent) to home inspectors that will spend the extra time to explain any/all inspection concerns. As a first time home buyer, Andy was there every step of the way, ensuring that the process is moving along, while making sure all the little pieces of home buying are completed. He even was able to set up and receive several professional estimates on some of the work that we planned to complete.
If you are looking for someone who will make the home buying/selling process as stress-free and efficient as possible, while making sure you receive the best possible price, you need to use Andy!
