Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $175K in Winter Park, FL.
The above 5 star ratings are actually conservative. Andy is by far the most knowledgeable realtor I have ever met. Her depth and scope of knowledge and experience are astounding. She understands the real estate industry like few others and is frequently called on by local realtors and media outlets as a go to subject matter expert. Andy goes to great lengths to make a confusing and often stressful process as easy as possible.You simply can't put yourself in more capable hands.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $125K in Oviedo, FL.
I had been working with another agent for 7 months. Entered into 2 contracts and could not get any updates from her. Once I started with Andy we looked at 10 houses in 1 day, went under contract with one and I was in the house within weeks.

Andy is the real deal. She gets houses sold, that's all I can say. I know of at least 5 houses that other realtors couldn't move and she moved them. I'd highly recommend working with her!
