Sold a home in 2011.Summary:
Angela was great to work with. She was very responsive and fluid to our needs and schedule. She gladly met with me and my wife separately to show us the same houses if our schedules conflicted. She even entertained our young infant son when needed to give us time to evaluate a home we were checking out. You can't out a price tag on that type of individual, caring customer experience. She was knowledgeable about the area, frank on hr opinions, and sensitive to our unique needs. She proactively delivered an offer in person when time was of the essence. She gave us open feedback on negotiation strategies. She even showed us rentals when we were deciding whether we should buy or not, despite the fact that there was no commission in it for her. We plan on selling our house at some point in the future, and Angela will certainly be our agent.…More Less

Sold a home in 2011.Summary:
As first and second time home buyers, my partner and I had a multitude of anxieties and questions. Angela did a great job keeping us informed and in-check and working with us as both individuals and a couple. We appreciated her patience and expertise as we were both buying and selling. Buying is the fun part, especially when we found our beautiful new home in Seattle. Angela is the only agent we interviewed; we did not feel the need to look further. Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $400K in Bothell, WA.Summary:
Angela Hardy of the Lynnwood Prudential office was referred to us in July 2011 by a relative in the Olympia office. We had purchased a house in the Phoenix area earlier in the month and needed to sell our house in Bothell quickly.
Angela sales presentation was excellent. She was very supportive of our pricing decision -- slightly below the market for a quick sale. Her guidance as to improvements we needed to make and how the house should be staged was spot on. She recommended We Honey Do of Lynnwood for the interior painting and minor fixes we needed to make. We wanted to see similarly priced houses in our community; she made the appropriate arrangements. She was available when we needed to met.
Results -- full-priced offer in 11 days and close of sale in 40 days. Her follow through between the offer and close was excellent. We were very pleased by the results and highly recommend Angela Hardy.…More Less
