Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Arlington Heights, Arlington, VA.
Maggie went above and beyond in helping us sell a home in DC and purchase another in Northern Virginia. We thought our sale was going to be difficult, given that we had purchased at the height of the bubble, but Maggie’s ideas for affordable improvements and staging, together with her great marketing of the listing, made all the difference. Maggie also took the time to get to know us personally and this made the process of buying our new house smooth and even fun - lots of laughs along the way. Although we asked her to show us many houses, Maggie was always ready to keep looking when we weren’t sure we had found the perfect match. And when we did find "the one", she negotiated a great deal for us. Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $800K in Bethesda, MD.
We had a terrific experience working with Angela and highly recommend using her. We used Angela as a buyer’s agent and as seller’s agent. With our family growing quickly, we decided that we needed a bigger house. Having lived in this area for a long time, we had pretty set ideas about what we were looking for and knew it was probably going to take a long time to find that very special house that we would want to raise our family in. She was entirely patient and never pressured us at all. She was extraordinarily accommodating about meeting us to look at a house whenever there was one we had interest in. In part, we were educating ourselves about different neighborhoods, etc., but Angela never made us feel like we were wasting her time. She had good insights that she shared as we looked at house after house for over a year, and she made the process genuinely fun.
When we finally found “the” house, Angela was fantastic with all aspects of getting it and handling everything to get to the closing. Angela was equally adept when it came to selling our house. The sales price we chose with Angela’s advice was exactly right. We accepted a full price contract within about two days of the open house. In the weeks that followed, Angela assisted us in addressing issues raised in the home inspection and appraisal and led us through the process to the closing. When we had concerns or questions, Angela was right there with answers and solutions.
In a nutshell, Angela and the team supporting her were terrific. Angela was always professional, helpful, very responsive and an all around delight to work with. We highly recommend that you work with Angela!

My husband and I were super impressed with the knowledge and service that Maggie provided during our search for a home in Montgomery County – especially since we began our search while we were still living overseas! Maggie provided us with an incredible amount of information about various areas in Montgomery County. She also created custom MLS property searches based on school districts and other factors that we had identified, and we received daily updates on available properties. As we found properties we thought might work for us, Maggie would visit each of them and send us a detailed report of the “pros” and “cons” along with additional photos of particularly attractive or unattractive features. Great service. By the time we actually arrived in the U.S., we already had a good feel for the inventory and prices available in our neighborhood of choice.
