Sold a home in 2013.
Angela came to our first meeting extremely prepared. It was obvious that she had completed extensive research of area sales in Simpsonville and had even walked through the other homes that were for sale in the neighborhood. We listed our home with Angela and had a contract in just 13 days closing within a month. She was extremely responsive at all times of the day and evening throughout the entire process. Angela's service goes well beyond putting a sign in the yard, she adds a personal touch to every step in the process even helping stage the home. We recommended Angela to our friends in Greer who listed their house shortly after ours, she was able to sell their home within a week for full asking price. We are using Angela as our buyer's agent with our new home build and she is just as wonderful in the buying process. We are recommending her to all of our friends!

I can honestly say working with Angela Carson was a blessing! She was knowledgable and very responsive to our needs as a seller. She gave us honest advice on staging for the sell and we got nothing but positive reviews and it sold in a very short amount of time I believe 23 days. I would highly recommend Angela it will be your blessing should you have the opportunity to work with her! Oh most impressive thing about what she does hands down are the photos of your house! Our house looked so awesome on the internet and it brought the buyers in and just getting people there made the difference. If we still lived in Greenville, I feel sure Angela would not only be my realtor but good friend she is quality!! BHale

Sold a home in 2012.
Angela has served as both seller's and buyer's agent for us. She is extremely knowledgeable in staging, photographing and marketing a home for sale. Her background in law is a definite advantage to understanding and performing the contract requirements of a real estate transaction. She also knows a network of contractors and workers to take care of all the tedious details, repairs and upgrades necessary to sell and buy a house.
