FOR SELLERS:
Selling your home, and who to engage as your real estate professional, is a big decision. I work with you to create a comprehensive marketing strategy that ensures your goals in your home sale are reached.
I've implemented strategies that will monitor activities both online and "bodies through the door," which I email to each seller on a weekly basis.
I will also help you determine who is most likely to buy your home. This helps us plan the best advertising methods to find likely buyers.
THE DIFFERENCE: Using a variety of technology and marketing tools, I deliver information about your house to buyers in the way they want to receive it. No more throwing words in the air and hoping they bump into somebody that will read them. Buyers are smarter than ever, and demand better! With dedicated websites using property addresses as the URL, 360 degree virtual tours, a floor plan of the home, and postings on national websites as well as social media outlets, I make sure buyers are getting the whole picture of your home. This decreases "just lookers" and increases the number of serious buyers through your door.

FOR BUYERS:
Buyers will appreciate my knowledge of the market and available loan products. Plus, we always have a lot of fun viewing the houses that I've matched with a buyer's unique needs. After finding the right property, I'll be there every step of the way to closing, making sure all parties are following through in the process. If any problems do arise, I'll help determine the best course of action.
Some advice for buyers: before you start looking, talk to a lender to determine what loan product and budget suits your needs. Be sure to ask them to lock in your rate, and get a letter stating your loan amount and interest rate, and how long they will lock in your rate. Having this information before you start your home search does a couple of things. First, you avoid looking at and falling in love with a house outside your price range. The worst feeling in the world is finding THE house and then finding out you can't afford it! Second, when you do find THE house (in your price range!) you are prepared to make an offer without waiting on the qualification process. Believe it or not, even in this market, there are still multiple offers on a property at times. Third, work with a REALTOR(R). A buyer's representative will do just that, represent YOUR interest in the transaction. This is a service that you pay no extra for in most transactions.
