Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $350K in Historic Old Northeast, Saint Petersburg, FL.
I worked with Noelle and the team to buy two homes: my very first home, purchased in 2003, and my second home (purchased with my husband) in 2008. Both times I found Noelle to be very knowledgable in regards to both homes and the area, as well as very responsive. In purchasing my home in 2003, she was extremely helpful (and patient) as I wasn't sure which area I wanted to be in but after showing me lots of homes, we narrowed down the search and I found a house I absolutely loved! In 2008, she went through the whole process again, helping to familiarize my husband with the area as he had moved here from south Florida. Noelle was great to work with, she was very knowledgeable with all the different areas and helpful in helping us find our home. Noelle Morris is a first-tier real estate agent. She is capable of melding with clients of different ages, tastes, and income levels.....understanding their wants and needs....and then steering them to neighborhoods and properties that fill those needs. She is warm, kind, unfailingly patient, and creative in her approach to her work. She will become a trusted adviser and friend. We liked the fact that either Noelle or her mother and partner, Angie, were always available to us. Because they also own rental properties, they have a wealth of contacts in the trades, banking, and insurance industries to refer clients. Having moved 10 times in our family history to date, we've dealt with numerous real estate agents. Noelle is among the very best.
