Sold a home in 2012.
My fiancee and I couldnt have been more pleased with both Angie and Laurie. We had previuosly listed our townhome for sale with another agent and was dissapointed in the overall efforts. From the very start they gave us the confidence that their expertise, guidance, and proven methodology would get our house sold. They have a no-nonsense philosophy when selling and buying that has proven successful over and over again. Our townhouse sold on the first openhouse weekend with Angie's Home Team. We worked exclusively with Laurie on the purchase of our new home in Wakefield. Laurie is passionate about the Wakefield area and knows her stuff better than anyone. The entire experience was an absolute pleasure. There is no better realestate team than these two!

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $650K in Wakefield, MA.
Angie was referrred to us buy a trusted friend during a very stressful time in our lives close to 4 years ago. Her responsiveness and extremely proactive approach to help us buy a home was incredible. She is extremely knowledge of the real estate in the area and her negotional skills are professional and respected. We've been burned by other realtors in the past but honestly feel that Angie had our best interest in mind at all times!! On a side note, she is very involved in helping to make the area, specifically Wakfield, a great place to live in! To this day, Angie has stayed in touch with us and we are proud to be part of the community that she so strongly believes in.

Bought a Condo home in 2006 for approximately $150K in Salem, MA.
Angie Sciarappa guided me through the entire process of buying my first home. I had always rented apartments and had minimal real estate knowledge. Angie was remarkably knowledgable about every question I had and she made what can be an arduous process very seamless. I enjoyed looking at homes with her as she also has a very calming demeanor. I have recommended Angie to many of my friends and colleagues and she has been consistently outstanding with them as well.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $350K in Swampscott, MA.
I highly recommend Angie's Home Team! Angie helped me purchase my 1st home. It was a very big purchase for me and not only was she extremely helpful with all of the logistics of purchasing a home, she was also very supportive and patient with my questions and concerns. Throughout the whole process, Angie made great recommendations. Even after the sale and the closing, I felt comfortable emailing her if she knew of a good chimney service co. and she did!
Angie is lovely to work with, she is a great source of information on the housing market and she made the process fun.

We were recommended to Angie and her team from a close family friend.
Angie was wonderful through the entire home purchases process. We were casual but opportunistic first time home buyers. Angie made us feel very comfortable throughout the process, which is something that you cannot put a dollar amount on when buying a home.
Our first time out, Angie was fully prepared. We initially looked at 6 - 7 homes, with Angie providing informal and direct [which is what you want from an agent] commentary on the pros and cons of each house. She knew our wants/needs and did a great job of exploring options within our budget.
The other added value the Angie provided was piece of mind throughout the process. We always felt as though we could count on her honest opinion. This included not bidding above our limit, and keeping fair value in mind throughout the negotiated process. We ended up backing out of negotiations on our first offer, but it ended up being a blessing in disguise as the house we ended up buying was a better house all around and a better buy form a relative value standpoint. The key word here is discipline, and Angie helps guide you within the market.
Our [extremely] random questions were always answered promptly, and we always felt confident that if the answer was not immediately available, we could count on resolution within a short time frame.
Would definitely recommend for new home buyers!

When my husband & I were looking to purchase our first home we came across Angie's Home Team and met with a Real Estate Agent named Laurie Hunt. She was professional, friendly and most importantly listened to our request and walked us through the difficult search of finding our dream home. Together we found our home in less than 2 months. I wanted my mother to move closer to me and Angie was fabulous in assisting us in finding that perfect condo. She was patient and responsive during the whole process and was more than helpful with finding information on past issues with the complex. She truly worked for us. I appreciated everything she did and all her help so much that when my uncle wanted to move into this area a few months ago, I did not hesitate to contact Angie again, and that experience went just as smooth. Laurie Hunt also assisted us when needed. These ladies work well together, are very pleasant and make a great team!

Angie has helped our family purchase condos in the Stoneham area. This team listened to the type of property that we were interested in and showed us condos in the locations where we were interested in buying.

Thankfully, we were very fortunate to partner with Laurie Hunt of Angie’s Team to not only sell our home, but to also help us purchase our new one.
Our situation was somewhat challenging. With a young daughter at home and a desire to sell our home and buy another in the same town, Laurie worked with us to develop a great strategy to sell our home quickly, maximize its’ sale price, and negotiate a deal on a new home while minimizing the overall disruption to our personal lives.
Laurie is honest and straightforward and has a strong command of the buying and selling process which we found to be very beneficial at every step along the way.
