For the majority of us, the purchase or sale of a home is one of life’s most major transitions. It brings on many emotions: Excitement, fear, anticipation, disappointment, joy. Choosing a realtor to guide us into this transition becomes a decision of extreme importance. I consider myself most fortunate to have found a realtor that represented perfection in accomplishing this process for me: Anjali Jain Ellis of Alain Pinel Realtors in Burlingame. Before I became acquainted with this gracious lady, I had been attempting to find a home on the Peninsula while living in Southern California. This was not an easy task and in months of looking, I was getting nowhere. I met Anjali and immediately connected with her warm, engaging manner. She had the ability to ask the pertinent questions to be able to zero in on likely properties that could be of interest. She was so generous with her time and our initial property tour was well planned and well thought out. We accomplished a lot in a single day. Ultimately, Anjali showed me a property that was perfect for me and despite the fact that there was already a contract on the property, we were ultimately able to secure it primarily due to Anjali’s diligent follow up with the listing agent. At every step of the purchase process, she was right there, guiding me and looking out for my interest. There are so many details that go into a home purchase: financing, inspections, escrow, etc. etc. etc. I was continually impressed with the fact that she went over and above what would be required in order to make sure I had the smoothest process possible and that my interest was well protected. Not only is she personable but extremely knowledgeable and experienced in her field. It is apparent that she takes great pleasure in her work and in finding the right match for the right client. My recommendation of Anjali is on the highest level.
