Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $275K in Greenridge, Staten Island, NY.

Summary:

We just had a baby this year and living in a 2 br apt with limited space was quickly becoming to be out of the question. Ann Marie was very sympathetic to our situation and took ample notes before meeting us in person. By the end of our 3rd visit, we had already toured more than a two dozen properties with the majority of the showings matching what we wanted. When we reached a decision on the house, Ann Marie was very aggressive in helping us negotiate pricing (we were on a tight budget). Afterwards, she provided her network of other services which included closing attorneys, inspectors, contractors, insurance agents, etc. During the lending process, we ran into some hiccups with satisfying conditions from our bank. Even though this had nothing to do with Ann Marie, she was very diligent in finding out ways to proactively help with our process and in several instances, she was also communicating with our processor/underwriter. We are extremely pleased with the purchase but most importantly in today's market, it is hard to find someone you can trust. Ann Marie is a real gem and my wife and I are definitely going to recommend Ann Marie to all our friends!More Less

Summary:

We were on a limited budget and Ann Marie found us the perfect house. It was about our family not about commission. She negotiated a fair price with the owner for us. Our closing was very fast as well. She is a great person and an honest person, which is something thats hard to come by in this world.More Less
