      Bought a home in 2011.
      Ann was fantastic. She is extremely professional and very responsive to her client's needs. She often works with higher end properties and we were definitely on the starter home side. We were concerned that we wouldn't get the same attention as the higher dollar clients but those concerns were quickly put to rest. We ended up buying a house that was for sale by owner and Ann ended up doing almost double the work compared to house with a represented seller. But she did it all gracefully and with a smile.       Bought a home in 2010.
      Ann Morgan is an excellent real estate agent. It took me more than 5 months to find the right place for us, and every time I phoned or emailed with yet another house to view, she was always quick with a response and eager to show the property. She arrived prepared with information on the home, and allowed us to take as much time as needed to inspect every detail of the house.

      She possessed a wealth of information about everything from highway right-of-way laws to easily removable cabinet hinges. On the rare occasion that Ann did not have an answer to one of my numerous questions, she found out for us very quickly. At times, she even made phone calls on the spot to retrieve information for us immediately.

      I came to respect her opinions on each property very highly, but they were only given as requested. She had a solid sense of the true value of each home, and the desirability of each location.

      During this time, Ann helped us through real estate negotiations on three separate occasions, proving her expertise and dedication invaluable. Ann stuck with us through it all, always providing sound guidance and demonstrating great skill.

      Once we found the perfect home at the right price, Ann was there for us every step of the way, from home inspections to repair requests to how to legally sign my husband’s name on paperwork via power-of-attorney, as he was deployed overseas at the time of signing. Ann even provided some information on code requirements for a bathroom addition that we were planning.

      In addition to an excellent working relationship, our family made a personal connection with Ann as well. My five-year-old, who accompanied me on almost every trip to every house, always looked forward to seeing and talking to Ann. Ann got to know our family well, and shared our joy when we announced the expectation of a third child just 3 months into our home search. We spent so much time together; we really shared a part of our lives with her for all of those months. Ann even introduced us to our first neighbor at our new home.

      I would recommend Ann Morgan to anyone searching for a new home. I trust she is just as amazing and skilled at selling a home, too. She is a kind, considerate, professional, proficient, hard-working, and dedicated agent. She went to bat for us, and helped us achieve the best deal possible for our home.
