    Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $575K in Mound, MN.
    Ann has brought seven properties to the closing table for us in 2011, she has made us a success, we've flipped theses homes and have done very well $$$$, we're hoping for a total of ten purchases for the 2011 year........Thanks Ann could not have done it with out you! Dan & Tracy

    Sold a home in 2013.
    Anyone considering selling or buying real estate in SW Florida Please do you a huge favor and utilize the services of Ann Stone & Jeff Mueller owners of Pro-Gulf Properties, LLC Read on!! On the exact same day I listed my home for sale with another real estate brokerage Jeff & Ann listed my next door neighbors house. Less than 4 months later a (SOLD) sign was placed on their for sale sign on my neighbors house. During this time of my home being listed with another agency I had showings but NO offers. All my agent wanted to do was lower the price of the listing. Frustrated, I contacted Pro-Gulf Properties. After a pleasant conversation regarding their unique marketing efforts I decided a change was needed. Promptly, I cancelled my listing with that other (not to be named) agency and called Jeff & Ann back to work with them. Not only did I enter into a listing contract with them for the sale of my home but we offered my house for sale at an increased (higher) price. Because of their proprietary marketing efforts a very short time later, we had 2 offer on my home... while considering these offers, they presented me with a third offer which was acceptable. Less than 4 months later we closed on the sale of my home Now the best part. Because I am recently widowed I had to leave our gulf access dream home we built to downsize. Jeff & Ann with Pro-Gulf Properties found me a fresh water home and we had a simultaneous closings that was handed with a professional eye to details: from the financing, title work, termite and home inspections all the ways to closings they were on top of everything making certain all aspects of the transactions was completed properly and on time. The best part of working with Jeff & Ann is not necessarily their professionalism but there personalities, no doubt forged from their Mideast (Wisconsin) roots. Please do yourself a favor and work with Jeff Mueller and Ann Stone with Pro-Gulf Properties..More Less

    Bought a home in 2012.
    My wife and I began looking for a home and were directed to Zillow from a local realtor in Nebraska. It was enjoyable at first and very informative,however after several weeks of calling random agents who were too busy to return calls, The (I'm not at work right now please leave your contact info...etc), the endless... that one is sold...What was once enjoyable become frustrating. We eventually found a house and through Zillow we were directed to contact Ann Stone. The call took place at around 7 p.m. CST, she answered 3rd ring. I must convey I was reluctant at first to disclose much information as I wanted to know first the availability of the home and then price as this had been the norm till now. Ann began asking non intrusive questions and her knowledge of the areas in SW Florida was amazing. She knew the schools, the homes on busy streets, which areas were more desirable for our situations, the local covenants, I mean it was a treasure trove of insightful information. It turned out however, that the house I had originally called on was not for us, but Ann asked to email us some properties that sort of fit what we had indicated was what we were looking for...This is the defining aspect of her services....My wife and I found " The House", we contacted Ann and inquired about the home. She informed us that it fit the bill at the onset, all the criteria that we had previously discussed. We even went so far as to begin to make an offer. We wanted to move fast as houses in that price range and value typically move fast but we were in Nebraska and could not view the home prior to our offer. Ann offered to view the home, take additional pictures and call us from site. Once on site she called and began to describe the property room to room and sending pictures really helped. However, without telling us exactly she informed us that it may need some additional work so make sure to take that into consideration and the shape of the property was poor. My wife and I were stoked about the property and wished to make an offer anyway. Ann on her own, located another home that had nearly the same floor plan, a 3 car garage, instead of 2, a tile roof as apposed to asphalt and a triple lot versus single lot and are you ready for this 20k less than we were prepared to spend on the home in poor condition with significantly less amenities. We made an offer on the home and the bank replied with a counter several thousands more than ours. Ann directed us stay firm as the market was in our favor. We countered and they approved it the following week. Ann walked us through the whole process and I must tell you, it was easier than purchasing a car from the local dealership. She even facilitated and put us in contact with local inspectors to ensure we were getting what we were paying for and no undesirable surprises. It turned out fine and we proceeded. The home was purchased, inspected ...done done done in only 3 weeks....AMAZING...Did I mention we never visited the property and the whole transaction transpired and we never had to leave Nebraska....To close...We moved from Nebraska into our new home and I must be honest we were a bit nervous when we pulled into the drive of our new home as we really did not know what to expect.....We walked into the living room and literally gasped.....PERFECT...We did however, visit the other property just to compare after we moved in....As Ann previously described it was in poor shape.....The concrete floor was heaving and tiles were popping up....mold in the shower everywhere..holes in the drywall...missing cabinets....plumbing problems...roof problems OHHH my goodness the list went on....I looked at my wife, if Ann was like so many other agents looking to just make a sale...we would have purchased this abomination and our entire new life in Florida would have been an utter nightmare....I do not ever write reviews because usually I do not have the time and/or the sales persons commission is enough to compensate them adequately, but in this circumstance I made an exception, because the service my family and I received from Ann and her staff was exemplory and facilitated me to share this wonderful experience in hopes she can be aware of the wonderful job she has done....Great Job Ann!!!More Less
