Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $500K in Salem, NH.
I can not say enough fabulous things about Ann. She is, by far, the hardest working, most knowledgeable and responsive agent I have worked with. ( and I have worked with many). Ask a question and she is responding virtually in minutes. I have an Insane schedule and were it not for her any being able to keep up with me and move and groove this deal never could have happened. Her professionalism, sound advice, flexibility are top notch. And every single person she recommended from mortgage broker to attorneys to Home Inspectors were of the highest caliber. Ann is fantastic to work with. She has been extremely helpful every step of the way. While I've yet to buy a house at the time of writing, Ann has made the process a lot less scary than I thought it would be (as a first time buyer). Highly recommended

Annie is really great! She is so responsive - every email or phone call was returned very quickly - within the hour, often within minutes! My husband and I were first time homebuyers, and she really made the whole experience enjoyable. She gave us so much good advice and she has a lot of good connections that helped us along the way.
