Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $500K in Salem, NH.
I can not say enough fabulous things about Ann. She is, by far, the hardest working, most knowledgeable and responsive agent I have worked with. ( and I have worked with many). Ask a question and she is responding virtually in minutes. I have an Insane schedule and were it not for her any being able to keep up with me and move and groove this deal never could have happened. Her professionalism, sound advice, flexibility are top notch. And every single person she recommended from mortgage broker to attorneys to Home Inspectors were of the highest caliber. My dream of having a water view home came true because of her. She knew exactly when to push and when to sit back and let things happen in due course. Simply put, she is tremendous and a world class agent.

Ann is fantastic to work with. She has been extremely helpful every step of the way. While I've yet to buy a house at the time of writing, Ann has made the process a lot less scary than I thought it would be (as a first time buyer). Highly recommended

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $300K in Hudson, NH.
Annie is really great! She is so responsive - every email or phone call was returned very quickly - within the hour, often within minutes! My husband and I were first time homebuyers, and she really made the whole experience enjoyable. She gave us so much good advice and she has a lot of good connections that helped us along the way. We feel so lucky to have had Annie to guide us through every step of the process, and we highly recommend her!

Ann was very helpful with finding a house that met our needs. She went above and beyond to help keep things moving along in the process. Not only did she help us find a house but also gave us information about the new area we were moving to. She was always available by phone and email to answer any questions we have even after we closed on our house! She was wonderful to work with!

Ann took the time to educate me on each facet of selling my house and then on purchasing my new home. Her patience and perseverance with every twist and turn was amazing. I would highly recommend her!

Ann came to us when we were totally dissatisfied and stressed out beyond words by an associate who took the listing and couldn't give us the time of day from that point on. Ann came in and gave us information that we had asked for, but were denied, and it really helped to put our situation in perspective. It wasn't good news, but what made the difference is that Ann took the time to explain and show us things, as well as answer the questions we had been asking all along. And she did it in a way that showed compassion for our situation. It helped us to make difficult decisions and ultimately sell our house. That information was key. She has energy and dedication, but also balance. I would recommend her without reservation.

It was a great pleasure working with Ann . The process of selling a home can be stressful sometimes but Ann made it as smooth as possible by giving honest opinions and guiding us in the right path. Annie was incredibly helpful in helping me, my husband and son find our first home in the USA. Coming from England we had no experience or knowledge of the market or process of buying and selling in New Hampshire, Annie guided us expertly through everything. She even knew before I did which house I was going to choose but she wasn't pushy and let me come to my own decision.

Bought a home in 2012.
Ann worked with my family and me from March 2012 until our home purchase in August 2012. She knew the Salem NH area thoroughly, and after a few showings early on understood the kind of homes and neighborhoods we wanted to consider. After that, we saw a number of high quality homes in nice neighborhoods in Salem. She was very patient, responsive and willing to explain and guide us through the home buying process. We highly recommend her to prospective home buyers in the northern MA/southern NH area.
