Found a tenant for a home.
Annie Hawkins was the only agent I chose to work with as a managing agent, not only is she familiar with the area where my properties located. She is extremely responsible, professional and thorough in her committment to help you rent your apartments. She single handly helped me rent a 30 unit building to its maximum capacity with tenants that are responsible and a pleasure to have. Annie goes above and beyond her responsibilities as an agent and I am sure that she would be an asset to your company.

Get Annie as your agent! When my wife and I were looking for an apartment. We called a number on a building we were interested in. Annie happened to be the broker and she called us back within minutes. She showed us a few apartments and made sure we had all the right information. We got an amazing apartment. Annie is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile. Highly recommended.

Great experience -- Annie showed me three different apartments in the same building so I was able to choose the one I wanted. I really love my new apartment! She was a tremendous help to me during the entire process of renting the apartment. She's the best!

Helped me rent a home.
This agent was super. She responded to every e-mail virtually immediately, and she walked us through the process of securing the lease agreement. As for any questions that we had, she was always there with a complete and thorough answer in a timely fashion.
If not for her help and guidance, I'm sure this process would have been made unnecessarily cumbersome and prolonged.
I heartily recommend her.
Annie is the consummate real estate professional. She is courteous, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She knows Inwood and Washington Heights (and probably other neighborhoods) like the back of her hand. She not only knows the lay of the land; she also knows the countless hidden gems that are only uncovered by local residents. Annie also has an intimate knowledge of the landlords of each building uptown, which helped shed some light on the otherwise arcane apartment search process.
I called Annie to show me a 1BR in Inwood. She showed me the apartment and I loved it so I put an application in. Afterwards she continued to text me when other listings came up that she thought I might like. I love that she continued to notify me about new listings, even though I already had an application in on the first place. As it turns out, my application on the first place didn't work out (someone else had an application in already) so I was fortunate to already have another option lined up, thanks to Annie.
When we finally found my place, she offered me countless decorating tips and showed me a few ways in which I could arrange my furniture. She spent over 1/2 hour with me in the apartment while I arranged and rearranged the furniture in my head, and didn't pressure me to make a decision about the apartment at all. That was the best part! She was so patient that I almost felt guilty of wasting her time.
