Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $350K in Ranch Triangle, Chicago, IL.
I wouldn't be able to say enough positive things about Annie to do her level of competency justice. Most importantly I have recommended her to both my family and friends.
Here is a brief summary of the market and why you can make your life a lot easier, transaction a lot smoother, and the entire process better with Annie.
She takes a detailed, analytical, and thoughtful approach to her clients. Annie will find those things you cannot clearly articulate and incorporate them into the process. What this means is that after spending a little time with her the quality of the properties she puts in front of you (in terms of your desires) is outstanding.
She can effectively handle difficult negotiations and people. Let's face it whether you're a home buyer or seller it's a big decision and has transactional significance. When it comes time to make a deal she will help you navigate and get to a better outcome.
She cares and takes pride in her work. Nothing else need be said here.
The bottom line is this. You can spend your time looking at properties with agents who just what to "churn and burn" clients until you yourself are burned out....or you can spend your time with Annie looking at your future home.
Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $450K in Jefferson Park, Chicago, IL.
Annie is very knowledgeable about the market and is a lot of fun to work with. My search started very broad. She helped me figure out what area and type of property to go for based on the conflicting needs of my lifestyle, work and family. She was very much in tune with of my entire family’s needs and pointed out many seemingly small but ultimately important things I had simply overlooked.
Annie is very responsive and follows through with everything, and makes sure all the details are taken care off. I used to negotiate for corporations for a living, but I must say I learnt something from her about real-estate negotiating. Her intuition is spot on pricing, about when to bid low and be patient, and when the deal is really too good and I should have been more aggressive in the bidding. I didn’t listen to her twice and we lost on two really amazing deals that slipped through to other bidders at about the price she had said in the first place. Such amazing deals do not last in the market.
Eventually, I wound up paying even more for this third really great property we bid for.
This is the fifth home that I am purchased, and I can clearly say she is the best realtor I have worked with ever. I would highly recommend her with two thumbs up. I am recommending her to everyone I know.
