I have worked in Real Estate for many years in Florida. I bring an understanding of renovation and design to any home I'm involved with. I work with foreclosures, Short sales  (and am short sale certified) and conventional sales. I work both as a buyers agent and listing agent.

Investors have found my skills particularly helpful as I can evaluate properties based on investment value. I even manage some rental properties for investors. Investments can vary greatly from short term rentals - long term, from condos to single family homes, and even residential to commercial. There are many opportunities to invest and I have worked with all these.

Buyers  from remote locations have  trusted my reviews of properties, this allows them great savings in time and money.

For listings I employ the latest technologies,QR codes, video and so much more. There are no delays in getting a home on the market  from planting signs to photographs, it all happens quickly. My listings are complete, unlike others I provide all relevant information to future home buyers and improve the chances of selling.

My education is extensive with degrees in Business, Economics, and Psychology with my graduate  work in the later. Additionally, I have a solid background in computers and telephony, having served as CEO for and ISP, and Project Manager for Sprint.

There are no unpleasant surprises at the closing table with my clients, in fact they think it is normal not to be charged "administrative fees" I Don't charge ANY.! Most companies charge from $200 - $500. That';s to buyers or sellers.

My team consists of agents, lenders, title company, inspectors, insurance, and many others. When you talk to me you have a whole support system in place.

I am an investor buyer - in Orlando I was looking for 2-3 units in the 50-100k dollar range. As I have invested previously I feel I don't really need the services of a realtor, but of course they are required for anything you buy off the MLS. Ken setup 2 full days of viewings directly on arrival - about 15-20 units in total. After 48 hours we had 5 offers in - we stayed at it for another 2 weeks and finally had 4 units (one of which was lost to the bank and one I ended up passing on). With his persistence, Ken added value to my investments beyond expectations.<br/><br/>I look for integrity, efficiency, focus and analytical skills in a realtor, all of which I found in Ken. He could improve his capabilities and knowledge for assisting in foreclosure auctions.
