After a lengthy process in a challenging market my wife I recently found our dream home. This was not an easy task but thank to April’s confidence and expertise we managed to close on our home. The seller was hesitant to work with us since he wanted to close under 30 days. April was on top of the seller’s realtor and our mortgage lender litigating between them greasing the wheels to ensure we met the target deadlines imposed by the seller and most important keeping us abreast of the the process. Make no mistake, April will give the needed confidence to find and close on the home of your dreams. If there is anything that I would like to for you to take away is that your real estate agent is supposed to be there for you when you least expect it and if at any given time you are too stressed out your working with the wrong agent.
