After a lengthy process in a challenging market my wife I recently found our dream home. This was not an easy task but thank to April’s confidence and expertise we managed to close on our home. We found out about April Espinoza on Zillow and we hope that our review will give you at the very least a point of reference as to what to expect from a true professional realtor. We are a military family that recently moved to San Diego from the east coast. In an attempt to get a head start we jumped into Zillow and Redfin trying to do the bulk of the work. Little did we know that many of the listing on said websites are previous sold homes that agents would list them just to get your business. April tailored the search to our needs and right away began sending us current listings in our area of interest. Soon after arriving by plane into San Diego without vehicles because they were inbound, April took us around and even helped us search for a temporary home until we bought our home. One key factor that we loved about her is that what ever question we threw at her she would know the right answer. We found our home in a coveted neighborhood in Torrey Highland. The seller was hesitant to work with us since he wanted to close under 30 days. April was on top of the seller’s realtor and our mortgage lender litigating between them greasing the wheels to ensure we met the target deadlines imposed by the seller and most important keeping us abreast of the the process. Make no mistake, April will give the needed confidence to find and close on the home of your dreams. If there is anything that I would like to for you to take away is that your real estate agent is supposed to be there for you when you least expect it and if at any given time you are too stressed out your working with the wrong agent. April Espinoza will exceed your expectations, we highly recommend her to be your agent.

April is, at the very least, a wonderful agent. She was patient and diligent as we filtered through all of the distressed properties that were my purchasing focus. April is an expert regarding Fannie Mae's Homepath purchasing program, is knowledgeable about Freddie Mac's Homesteps program, and has a wonderful pool of resources to assist with any issues that arise. April was very sensitive to my financial condition and did not try to sell me something I could not afford, which I found very helpful. No one needs extra stress when buying a home. A buyer can get caught up in the quest to purchase.. April was appropriately cautionary when I ventured into neighborhoods that were less than desirable, which I appreciated. My property search took me ALL OVER San Diego county and April was very knowledgeable of ALL area of San Diego. I would HIGHLY recommend her for any of your real estate needs.
