Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Clermont, FL.
Being a first time home buyer, April was the perfect realtor to work with. Her knowledge, reliability & patience were so appreciated. I now have a better understanding of the real estate market. Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $75K in Minneola, FL.
April has been wonderful throughout the process of short selling my house- and helping us in buying a new residence. The short sale process was challenging, but she was always there to answer a question, provide good information, and talk me through the issues. Unlike other agents, she is quick to respond to correspondence, and she has a vast amount of experience and wisdom to share with her clients. She is a great negotiator, gets the necessary paperwork done in perfect time/order, and she has been very wise and patient in helping us through a trying and complex real estate situation. Experienced, honest, informed, great communicator and very reliable.

April was very nice to work with, nothing was too much trouble.. The presentation was excellent., We had so many viewings, due again to the 25 photos taken..We would recommend April if you want to sell your house...

I think I took 225 photos-lol. That's the part I love the most-the creative way we can portray the properties and give the buyers the most I can to help them choose my listings!! April helped us find our very first home over two years ago and then helped us sell it when it was time to find a new one. We sold our home in just 24 hours and this surprise was certainly due to April's talent as a real estate agent. We already recommend her to friends and family and will continue to do so. It's a "no-brainer".

April Rager stood by our side (from a distance) for over a year while trying to sell our house. We moved to Indiana in the fall of 2011. She was persistence and proactive in getting our house sold. She is very quick to follow up on emails and keeping us updated on the progress of our home. She is friendly, kind, hardworking, confident, and will get the job done. Sold a home in 2011.
Today my wife and I were able to close on the sale of our property thanks to the dedication and hard work of April Rager. Just a week after our home was placed in the market, we already had an offer on the property and boy that was quicker than we had anticipaed. April was very knowledgeable and professional during the entire process and kept us on the loop the entire time. April's attetion to detail and superb knowledge made it possible for us to close in a short time and get the results we expected. Sold a home in 2011.
I had the most impossible looking situation with my house, facing foreclosure, had no idea what direction to take, after asking God to show me where to even start, I sat down at my computer & started googling realtor names, found Aprils name & called her. She came promptly to discuss some options, then walked me through a short sale process step by step, although she is very sweet, soft & tender hearted, don't let that fool you, she is a tenatious little bulldog once you are with her. If there was any wall to run into with my case, we ran into it, but only thanks to April's determination we succeed in reaching our final goal, one which benefited me beyond what I ever could have hoped dreamed or imagined on the 1st day I called her. Although my case was peanuts compared to her top deals, April gave my case as much attention as if mine were one of her million dollar home sales. This is one amazing woman, top notch professional, kind, caring, compassionate, follows thru on everything to a tee. When you find her, your search for the best real estate agent on the planet is over. You will not be disappointed.

Property manage a home.
April has helped us with advice and guidance in relocating from an overseas assignment to Central Florida. She is a top shelf professional with a wealth of information. She is amongst the best of her field in expertise and knowledge. She is also polite, punctual and patient, traits which are often hard to find in this recovering real estate market. We highly recommend her to all qualifying buyers.
