Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Clermont, FL.
I have already recommended April to family and friends and will continue to recommend her. She was able to listen to what we wanted and maximize our time looking at property and our money to purchase just what we wanted. April's negotiation skills and ability to navigate the current short sale environment was what made our new home purchase possible.

Bought a home in 2011.
April is a professional who simply gets things done. Communicating updates when possible and keeping you up to date on the entire process overall. I would highly recommend April to anyone thinking of listing or buying a home in central Florida.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Orlando, FL.
April Rager is a wonderful agent. She is available 24/7. I work full time and have several extracurricular activities. April made herself available whenever it was convenient for me. Not only is she knowledgeable about the market but she is on top of her work. If I had questions or concerns she would respond to me immediately. I would highly recommend her to anyone. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Millenia, Orlando, FL.
I am not living in FL.
I listed my condo for sell wih her.
She spent alot of time to get someone to fix and clean up before she put on market.
Any time we need her help, she responds very quickly.
We sold our unit with the higher price than any other units in the last 4 months.
We got multiple offers at the same time and 5% more than we expected.

If you're looking for a dedicated, honest, warmhearted real estated agent, you should contact April Rager.
I just purchased a foreclosed home last week. I'd found this house in July 2010 and been wanting to buy it ever since, so I've gone to a few real estate agents in Clermont area, but noone wanted to work to find out how I could get this house. They just wanted to show me other houses. I'm also a single mom and couldn't afford to buy a nice house. Other agents were telling me I couldn't buy what I wanted with the budget I had. But April Rager was totally different any other agents and my negative views on agents were all gone!! She worked really hard to get information on the foreclosed house-it went through so many processes it was not on market- I've been wanting for past 6 months, never forced me to look at other houses, she even emailed me back at 12a.m. on Saturday!! And most of all, I got the house, because of her!!!
She's not just a real estate agent, she's someone you want to be friends with!! Money does not come to her first. She really cares for you. All I can say is she's amazing and I promise you, you'll not regret.

Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2011.
April is very professional, knowledgeable and makes the whole process seem effortless. Always on top of every detail and keeping you aware as well. I would most definitely recommend her!

Sold a home in 2010.
Super agent. Not only was Ms. Ragar good at listening to the client, she was one step ahead at recommending various courses of action and presenting all the options available to us. We listed a couple properties with her and had them sold within a couple months (in this VERY tough market). She delivers!
