Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $525K in Indian Wells, CA.Summary:
Aracely performed her job to the utmost. She was very aggressive as to find exactly what we wanted. She went out of her way to find us a place since the desert was not in her neighborhood. It took many hours of travel, but we found our perfect place. I would recommend her to anyone who is doesn't want to waste their time checking out all homes. She will get what you want.…More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $525K in La Habra Heights, CA.Summary:
Aracely helped me purchase my first home in April of 2011. I am thrilled with my house and am completely happy with the service that Aracely provided as my agent.
First, let me say that I have great respect for Aracely. She is a high-quality, ethical person with a lot of integrity. I trust her completely. Further, she is very knowledgeable, competent, resourceful, and hard-working. She was very patient with me and never pressured me. This was important to me because I had a firm idea of what I wanted in a property and I was not willing to compromise, even though I knew it was going to be a significant challenge to find what I wanted in my price range. Her goal was to put me into a house that I was delighted with, regardless of how much time it took. She told me many times that her first objective is to make her clients happy, and my experience with her proved this to be true.
At the time I was house-hunting I faced a very tough market. There were very few houses on the market in my price range with the features I wanted. Nearly all were short sales or bank-owned and many, if not most, of the more attractive properties did not stay on the market long -- a day or two (then they were locked up with an offer, frequently with multiple backup offers). I needed a very motivated, vigilant agent who understood what I wanted in order to be successful. I am convinced that I would not have succeeded in getting what i really wanted in this tough market without Aracely.
Aracely's vigilance paid off. She identified a property that was to become my home the day it was listed. We viewed the property in the evening that day (i.e., Aracely was willing to meet last minute) and then we worked until late at night (11:00 pm) writing an offer. That Aracely was willing to work so late attest to her strong work ethic and her willingness to do what it takes to make a deal happen.
It is noteworthy that the property was a short sale and, like many short-sales, was problematic. The owners and their bank had come to a stalemate on the conditions of the short sale. Aracely was instrumental in kick-starting negotiations on the property. We worked as a team on a strategy that ultimately restarted negotiations and, ultimately, resulted in closing the deal.
Once final approvals for the sale were obtained, Aracely made the processes of getting all of the inspections and making all of the other prepartions painless and stress-free. She was very organized and guided me through all of the documents that needed review and signatures.
In summary, I am thrilled with the outcome of my house-hunting. I got more than I had hoped for, and I am completely happy with my experience with Aracely. I feel strongly that I would not have been successful in such a tough housing market without Aracely. I completely respect and trust her and am confident that future clients will have a similar success and experience with her that I have had.

The purchase in 2011 was a 2 BDRM front house with 3-1 BDRM units in the back. The property was a short sale and listed at $425K and priced to sell. When we reviewed the property information, we felt it was not worth pursuing because our budget was only $350K (cash), way below the value of the property. Despite the odds, Aracely took the initiative to review the property and talk to the owner. She learned that the owner had offers at the asking price, but none of them were cash offers, hence making it worth a shot. Long story short, we offered and was accepted at $350K. The owner wanted to move quickly, which was no problem for Aracely. She guided us through the process, using both email and personal delivery/pick-up for the required paperwork (almost always within hours).…More Less
