I should take a step back to explain how we got here.  From an early point in my career I learned that a referral based business was far more valuable than an advertising based business.  By providing a phenomenal home-buying or selling experience, my clients will want to tell other people about us.  Especially if that experience goes beyond the day they settle on their home.  A referral is quite simply the act of introducing someone you care about to someone you trust.  It is our job to earn that trust.  By adhering to this principal I have created one of the most referred teams in Northern Virginia.
