Wow!!! Ariel blew me away. I initially went with another respected lender I had worked with in the past. After working with me for a bit, this time their underwriters balked and decided not to fund my VA loan, no appeals considered. Nearly panicking, I found Ariel here, and started asking questions. She was incredibly helpful, and couldn't understand why the first company had backed out. She had me formally preapproved within a day, andwe wound up closing only 3 business days after the target closing date, which my first lender wasn't sure they would be able to hit! Ariel has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process, even calling me on a weekend to let me know about a couple minor issues that needed resolved for the underwriters. She was friendly and professional the entire time, and was so attentive it was as if I were her sole concern!…More Less

I too have discovered Ariel through this site and by reading her reviews. The reviews here are accurate as she has always delivered what she's promised. She was very quick to reply and answer all the questions I had regarding my refi and took the time to help me understand to make an educated decision with this whole process. Based on all of the positive reviews on Zillow I contacted Ariel and am so thankful I did! Ariel was very friendly and most importantly extremely patient with me. She was always available for questions and always got back to me, if unavailable, in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Ariel as a loan officer and plan to again!…More Less
