Arlene was great. She is extremely knowledgeable of the South Philly area, and was able to help us make settlement before I had to be out of my apartment. A little personal info about me:

I am musician, singer/songwriter.
I write music for EMI Music Publishing, commercials, and TV shows such as Toddlers and Tiaras, MTV Next, MTV Cribs, etc. 
I have sung the National Anthem for the Phillies, 76ers games, and have performed for various events in the city of Philadelphia.
I have helped many charities in the area by assisting with fundraising events for Shriners hospital for children, Stop The Hunger programs, charities for Tsunami victims, anti-violence in schools, Humane Society etc.  

I currently reside in Drexel Hill but, I grew up in South Philadelphia.  I attended the Philadelphia High School For Girls (one of the best public high schools in the city), and graduated with a BA in Marketing & Business Administration from Temple University in 2003.  Soon after I attended Polley Associates to study Real Estate. What I love about my job most is: having the chance to meet & work with new people every day, and being able to earn a living knowing that I helped my clients and their families achieve their dreams and goals.
