Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $125K in Pennsport/Whitman/Queen, Philadelphia, PA.
Arlene was great. She is extremely knowledgeable of the South Philly area, and was able to help us make settlement before I had to be out of my apartment. She was quick and responsive, let me sign paperwork from home, and was able to get us what we wanted from the sellers. We'd happily recommend her to anybody.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $225K in Chester Springs, PA.
We were first-time home buyers, and Arlene really helped to guide us through each step of the process. We got the home we wanted, and were very satisfied with Arlene's negotiating skills--we couldn't be happier with how everything went. From beginning to end, we could could depend on Arlene to be there to answer any questions we had...and we certainly had a lot of questions! :-)

I'm very glad i was able to find such a personable person like Arlene to help me buy my home! Especially since we were first time buyers. She was responsive and made sure we got the house within the timeline requested. We will be recommending her to family members in the future :)

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Prospect Park, PA.
Very nice and respectful did everything she could to help us sell the house and would deffinatley recomend her to ANYBODY! Gave us tips and tricks on getting the house sold and it did! One of the best realitors in PA we would have to say. Thanks Arlene you are the best. The Shadwell Family!

Sold a home in 2011.
Arlene is terrific. She was very trustworthy, honest, responsive, and very good to deal with! She knows the market well, and what we needed to do to get our home sold as quick as possible. She also helped us find an awesome agent out of state to purchase a new home! She is on top of her game and is determined and aggressive in making sure everything went smoothly for us.
